Such an interesting and informative chat. Is there a colleague, or psychiatric practice, you could recommend in NJ? My 20 year old has selective mutism, OCD, social phobia, generalized anxiety disorder and most recently depression. She has been considered medication resistant and we even did TMS earlier this year. I just feel we haven’t found a good psychiatrist to suggest/manage medications. She does have a psychologist that specializes in these disorders, specifically for teens/young adults.
