As someone who listened to music all my life, am on over a week without music now and my mental health is so much better. Am less emotional, less moody, more focused and positive. Am enjoying the silence more than ever now. In just 3 days I felt so much better I couldn't believe it. Less noise more peace.

For people trying to quit music I recommend listening to nahseeds and cover nasheeds that have vocals. Siedd is one of the nasheed artist that does a phenomenal job on this, and mashllah Maher Zains nahseeds are amazing as well.

It is 2020, I'm 52 years old, and today is the first time I'm hearing a Mufti quoting "Shake your Thang" as what's in most song lyrics of today!!!
