This interview made me smile.

1. Jimmy's a gentleman for telling Emily she looks nice & doesn't need to take off her coat. 2. Americans need to realize Canada is not a jr. version of them. I am, for one, fond of the things that make Canada unique (not the stereotypes) & we're not America's hat as some like to say to our face, because if Canada is the hat, then the hat is bigger than the body. 3. I love that the new album is based on fantasies/dreams. It's a great theme! This was a great interview!

The late 90s had AMAZING BANDS! Veruca Salt, The Breeders, Sonic Youth, etc etc.

The stupidity could be worse. I had a friend come from Germany and someone asked "did you come here on a boat?" and I lived in Africa for awhile and when I came back someone asked me if we had fruit there.

Your opinion is horribly stated! And if you're entitled to that than she is to hers. I love Emily and the rest of Metric and am DAMN proud to share my nationality with them... be polite when insulting someone or don't insult them at all.

Really?! Fantasy is about partisan politics and who did/didn't get elected. Wow, I like Metric a lot less now.
