Thank you so much for the session, Sir. Sir, you have told to read more fiction books and less self-help books, to develop imagination. But Sir, what if we read more self help books? It is also helping in developing and personality and habits.

Hi Arpit, Every book is a good book and helps to grow in life and teach lots of values, but emphasizing on reading fictional books because these books help to create our imagination which helps us in creative thinking required in TAT, WAT, SRTs and other life values too. 39:07 Jai hind Sir I think for a student it is more easy to deal with financially weak , uneducated family background than to deal with financially stable , toxic , judgemental educated family background . Many people (friends, teachers) will show sympathy to the poor student , but nobody will understand the inner pain of a student who has faced a parents toxic marriage life , because he can't say his family problems to everyone openly . The result is loneliness and depression . Many people say that social media , pornography and different kinds of additions are destroying the youth . But I think if any depressed youth is alive then these things are the reason . Otherwise the number of suicide would be more . After getting into depression one unwillingly becomes very lonely and unsocial in his life , then he enters in all this addictions .
