What is the number one way to improve body composition? Running! What is the number one way to naturally increase hormones and remain young? Running! What is the greatest way to prepare yourself for the intensities of combat? Running!
When you run (Sprint) you burn more calories per second than you do in any other possible human activity! There is nothing as intense as running (sprinting) when it comes to calories per second. By acclimating our body to running (sprinting) we can now easily reach new heights of intensities in our chosen sport. Simply practicing your sport of choice will never allow you to achieve your highest potential in that sport! This is a well known secret of elite trainers: by sprinting regularly you will quickly improve your tolerance to increased levels intensity, your grappling/MMA sessions will seem tame in comparison. Still, it is crucial however that your running routine not take away from precious mat time. This is why Coach Zahabi has included a PDF Guide with sample workouts and details on exactly how to incorporate a running program for combat athletes.
Most important of all, you will learn proper running technique that will allow you to decrease recovery time, decrease inflammation and eliminate injury. You will be able to run faster, further and pain free. Coach also demonstrates the Dynamic Warm-Up and how to shuttle run, a variety of “cut backs” techniques that will allow you to develop world class legs and a respiratory system that will never quit!
Coach will also teach you the best method for increasing the size of your calfs! Forget expensive calf raise machines, forget doing countless reps hoping to see your calfs grow. Coach Zahabi will teach the easiest way to safely use leverage against your calf and force them to grow.
This instructional runs for over 1hr with zero dead time or fluff and includes a PDF Companion Guide! You get the equivalent of what you would learn in a 3-hour seminar. Coach loves to get straight to the point. You will waste zero minutes watching this video. Every single minute in this video is educational.

Coach salam and thank you very much for all your AMAs and talks. I'm an avid fan of sports, martial arts, and philosophy, so these are always my favourite things to listen to. I have a question: if our internal world is not determined and not following a causal chain, is it (nauzubillah) outside the system created by God? If yes, where does it come from then? If not, why has God created a part of the system that is not determined by Him? And if there is a part that is not determined by Him, and therefore cannot be controlled/influenced by Him, isn't that a contradiction to Him being a God? Jazakallah. May Allah bless you.

  • @CoachZahabi

Salaam and thank you 😊. That’s a very complex question, short answer is that our free will is inert and has no actual effect all is ultimately moved by the first mover. Every action is well timed and hence gives the illusion of control. We are only free internally and we know this by the simple reason that we are aware of determinism. We would have to be free to know we are determined… a truly deterministic system such as a computer has no idea that it is determined.

Great podcast. Determinism is not as much of a valid idea since modern physics. Heinz Pagel's The Cosmic Code (husband of Elaine Pagels, author of the Gnostic Gospels and so on...) has an excellent book on this for laymen. The universe is probabilistic, the future cannot be known. You can never predict which atom will decay, only what the probabilities are. This makes future predictions impossible. Only probabilities. Hidden variables have been shown to be impossible by Bell's theorem. Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy - "As indicated above, QM is widely thought to be a strongly non-deterministic theory. Popular belief (even among most physicists) holds that phenomena such as radioactive decay, photon emission and absorption, and many others are such that only a probabilistic description of them can be given. The theory does not say what happens in a given case, but only says what the probabilities of various results are. So, for example, according to QM the fullest description possible of a radium atom (or a chunk of radium, for that matter), does not suffice to determine when a given atom will decay, nor how many atoms in the chunk will have decayed at any given time. The theory gives only the probabilities for a decay (or a number of decays) to happen within a given span of time. Einstein and others thought that this was a defect of the theory that should eventually be removed, perhaps by a supplemental hidden variable theory that restores determinism; but subsequent work showed that no such hidden variables account could exist. At the microscopic level the world is ultimately mysterious and chancy." You can get around this with Many-Worlds but that is an even weirder reality, every possible event down to the Planck scale that can happen does happen and is happening. Leaving no room for choice, a creator, purpose, everything that can happen happens. Choice and outcomes lose all meaning. It's only a mathematical framework. Atheists do not all believe in randomness. I believe what the evidence presents which is that probabilities govern reality and much is still unknown.

Hi Coach Zahabi I am a big admire of you work, BUT I think you should be ashamed with how you simply cannot bless the jewish people on their incredible achievements, especially when you think how small and minority they are. We Muslims must stop always been driven by feeling of inferiority but also look carefully at ourselves in the mirror! It is not for no reason why Islam is such a controversial topic in modern history. We must learn from the Jewish how to separate religion from POWER. I must add that your speech over why so many jewish have so many noble prize winners was embarrassing, you as such an intelligent and intellectual must also know how to admit when you are wrong with the words you choosed.

Sorry but I really don’t think you understood what I said. I was not disparaging Jews in any way. My comments were directed at Saad for always stereotyping Islam in the most negative light. I asked if he is to disparage Muslims for not winning noble prizes then why does he not also disparage other groups such as blacks, asians and other groups who have few winners in the Nobel. Everything I said was factual, Islam has been around for half the time of Judaism, Muslims have by far more influenced the world of science than the Jews. My point was that I to can spin things in a negative or positive light. If Saad wants to criticize Muslims he can, but don’t expect us to sit back and not reply.

Dear Coach/broher. I am a Muslim exactly like you, but please why do you forget the fact that the jewish are not even one precent of the world and no are never meantioned their great contribution to the world ? Yes Muslim did achieve alot many many many years ago but now ??? And I am saying it with great sadness.. Think about what I said about Muslims must learn to separate Religion from POWER. I'm not only referring to Gaad Saad but the discribilty to are desperately trying to take from the Jewish is absurd. Noble price is consider to be one of most diverse the highest and achievement especially in science community and is coming from Sweden (very liberal country) but even without Noble only a blind wouldn't acknowledge the true innovative and entrepreneurship drive of the Jewish people.

@@MoRahman-bm2su brother I never disparaged the Jewish people. I was strictly referring to Saad only for always spinning Islam in a negative light. I am well aware of Jewish history. If I said anything to disparage Jews then simply quote me, you are making inferences that I never said. My point was regarding Saad denying the Islamic golden age, not that I was denying Jewish accomplishments.

The tone and attitude it is actually where we Muslims stuck with the feelings of inferiority. Dear coach, nobody thinks you are lieing when talking about the Israeli-Palastinaian conflict, but you are just ignorant and unfortunately don't know the fact and you been feeding by lies. Until you will go there at least once and educated yourself in the matter in my opinion your claims are absurd. Again and I said it many time at least go investigate and learn about it closely, other people you like to critize did that. Recommend you to check on Yoseph Hadad or have a discussion with him. Please

Brother, if I’m being fed lies please name exactly which claim I made was untrue? I’m not an expert on the topic but I definitely do my research. EVERY SINGLE INTERNATIONAL BODY AGREE THAT ISRAEL HAS AND IS COMMITTING WAR CRIMES, ESPECIALLY IN REGARS TO THE SETTLEMENTS! Even Jewish historians are calling what is happening in Gaza a genocide. Are we all being fed lies? As per your recommendation I listen to Mr. Hadad’s debate on Piers Morgan. He did not do well at all, when Piers Morgan asked Hadad, “why doesn’t Israel allow an independent press to enter Gaza if they have nothing to hide…” Hadad answered by appealing to Tik Tok videos as evidence that the Palestinians are doing just fine! He had no answer to why Israel is not allowing an independent press to enter Gaza. Maybe it’s because they indeed have much to hide! This war goes far back before Oct 7th. While I do condemn Hamas for killing innocent civilians, you and me both would not want our homes taken over, suffer massacres and displacement. When the Jews were subjugated by the Roman’s they revolted just as the Arabs do! Just because Israel is a “democracy” doesn’t mean that gives anyone the right to massacre and steal homes. Lastly I’m waiting for you to tell exactly which statement I made that was a lie? I honestly don’t think you will be able to point one out but I am definitely here wanting to hear it. My position is simple. We can live in peace together as brothers, with justice and equality for all. Simple.

Israel is a true true democracy inspite you trying to dismiss it, there is Muslim ministers, politicians and many Judges and the universitiesin Israel are full with Muslim students studying side by side with jewish students. the Muslims in Israel are living completely equally to the Jewish. I have Israeli Muslim friends that always saying they wouldn't ever go and trade their israeli passport and live under Muslim dictatorship of the Arab countries (such as Syria , Libya, Jordan , Algeria...) People outside Israel who never been there (like you) often paint a picture which is far from the reality. How excatly Israeli is committing genocide if Gaza population was 250k in 1960 and now it is 2.3m ? Israel is not committing genocide - the destruction of any national, racial, ethnic, or religious group. Israel is seeking the destruction of Hamas, a terror group that states its intent to destroy the state of Israel in its founding charter. Israel's campaign in Gaza is an act of self-defense, and the Jewish state goes to great lengths to prevent civilian casualties. You are saying Israel took the land just like that by brute force, that is a lie my brother. While the jewish been exploit from the arab countries and always been chased away throughout history. Please read about the jewish land purchase: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jewish_land_purchase_in_Palestine In history you will not find a case where the jewish initiated an attack on antoher group, the jewish are small group 0.2% (while arabs are more then 20%). Modren history show you that all they seek is to live in peace in their tiny piece of land (it is not a coincidence by that 25% of Nobel price winners are jewish). Every person who visit Israel and familiar with the Jewish is well aware of the fact that it is not a blood battle seeking people but the nation of the book not the sword. Let me honest and admit that unfortunately Israeli (and the Jewish culture) have not much in common with their neighboring countries in the Middle East which makes it very hard. You and me both know that it's very much popular and easy to always critize the jewish people who are minority in the world, where have you been when Asad killed so many of is own people? Or when Muslims killing Christians in Lebanon ?? www.fdd.org/analysis/op_eds/2024/04/11/danger-knocking-on-the-door-of-lebanons-christians-once-again/#:~:text=Hezbollah's%20harassment%20of%20Christians%20has,not%20the%20only%20Christian%20problem. I have many more examples... Painting it like the jewish are barbarian attackers and the Palestinians are the innocent victims is pure ignorance and until you will be able to visit this place and see it you'll be stuck in close mind ideas. Jewish and Muslims can for sure live together in peace and I saw it and also have many Muslims friends from my time I went to study in a University in Israel (Technion in Haifa) but let's face it and admit that if Muslim will drop their weapons and stop fight will be peace if Israel will drop their weapons there will be no Israel!! What else do you want from this tiny country. Repeating a lie many times doesn't makes it true!

@jonathanvaysman7295 lol at being a true democracy. So true that they have specific check points, different roads, and etc. for one group of people versus another. They call that apartheid. Sure they employ a very small percentage of Palestinians and LET them go to school but that's because it's a front in order to seem legitimate on the world stage. It's like the saying, "I can't be racist because I have a few black friends". Lol at the land purchases. Do you even read your own sources? By 1947 they had purchased less than 7% of the land. A far cry from the amount they took by force. That's like saying 6 Indians bought 6 homes in Toronto so they now own all or half of the land in Toronto.
