Recent Texas graduate Asjia O'Neal, selected as the top overall pick in the inaugural Pro Volleyball Federation draft, has signed a contract with the Columbus Fury. O'Neal, a 6-foot-3 middle blocker, will receive a base salary of $60,000 per year with additional bonuses for individual awards, and the league champion will share a $1 million team bonus, as the Pro Volleyball Federation aims to grow the game in America amid the sport's increasing popularity.
