Hot water does NOT destroy protein. It only destroys the protein subfractions. And as for the poor mixability, it's because of the cold weather which decreases the normal water temperature. Just heat the water for a bit so that it is at normal room temperature (around 30 degree celsius) and mix with the whey. I have been doing that for the past month because it is 5 degree celsius where I live right now.

@@nachiketrazdan7537 First understand how whey protein made and how it is used in many dishes and hot drinks, sometimes baked also. I am saying don’t use boiling water.. then how you can drink.. use lukewarm water for better mix ability. The new package is tough for mixing and it is similar to Amul whey with lot of bubbles.

you said right, the packaging is worst.
