The Nimbus 25 was my shoe of the year so glad they haven’t changed it too much!
My one and only issue with my 25’s was the grip but still my favorite shoe. Can’t wait to get these.
Sounds like a tiny update, more like a 25.2. $160 is too much anyway, so this might be a good chance for a reasonable priced 25.

Looks like some minor improvements except for the weight gain. V25 was already a little heavy and it's gained ~ 1/2 oz.

Happy to see this review. I'd heard bad commentary about the 26, and so I just received another pair of 25's at a nice discount. That having been said, I haven't worn, and will likely return, because I really like the grip update (wet running hasn't been fun), and, yes, the squishiness wasn't my favorite, so maybe the 26 will be the ticket for me?!
ASICS Gel-Nimbus 26 loook very tasty.
I have 2 pairs of nimbus 25 . It was arguably my best shoe to run purely because i am still rehabiliting from a knee injury . True the outsole grip is not that great in wet condition and the upper can be hot due to less breathable material being used . I guess i have to wait next year for a discounted price nimbus 26😆
Wasn’t that big of a fan of the tongue on the 25 to be honest, was hoping they’d go a bit more traditional and give some padding to cut out the lace bite. Still looks intriguing though!
How do I get it in men’s but the same teal/turquoise color??

I believe spring 2025 as of right now.
They screwed the novablast 3 and the nimbus is just to big in my opinion
Still waiting on superblast 2.....
Asics have lost the way with the Novablast 4 and now the Nimbus 26. Hopefully, the Novablast 5 and Nimbus 27 will address the weight gain amongst other things. Too many other brands offering better bang for the buck and arguably better shoes these days. Asics were on a roll for a good few years so one down year isn't terrible.
Would have been great to reduce the weight
