Asian Restaurant's in Dallas (Korean Fried Chicken & Lao/Thai Food) API Heritage Month
The month of May is recognized as Asian & Pacific Islander Heritage Month (API or AAPI). So many cultures of Asia have offered the world so much, and of course their food. I wanted to observe API by visiting two different restaurant's owned by Asian Americans. Nalinh Market an authentic hole in the wall spot that serves hefty portions of Lao and Thai Food. Distinct taste I was unaccustomed to like Lao Sausage and Dishes like Phat Kaphrao had me wanting more. For our second restaurant I wanted some fried chicken and No.1 Plus Fried Chicken a Korean restaurant has my fix. Their perfectly Crunchy/Juicy chicken along with their Korean Side Dishes won't leave hungry or disappointed. I know I'm late with API but join me on today's food guide for delicious Asian food. Enough About Me, and More About This Food.

This guys dad must be really proud.
Both places looked great.
Love when I get a notification when you post a video! I cannot wait to visit all these spots you have recommended especially the best when you post bbq spots
Ka-tip - my favorite Thai in Dallas.
If you do another Mexican food video, highly recommend Ruins in Deep Ellum! Have tried so many dishes there and have not had one bad thing. Food is ALWAYS on point!
Agreed about the Chinese food! I’ve been in Dallas for 8 years and have YET to find any really good Chinese food! 😩
My go to Chinese spot is Sichuan King / Royal Sichuan in Richardson. And Matt! You have to try Everest in Irving if you haven’t - Indian/Himalayan!

Will thank you for the recommendations I can’t wait to try them in the future.
Missing out on the Pacific Islands part. You need to try L&L Hawaiian bbq and a Filipino restaurant near Mitsuwa market in Plano.

L&L is the spot for sure, and Mitsuwa too. The Filipino restaurant though I’ll definitely have to look into it. Thank you for watching.
Kirin’s Court for dim sum!
