Asia Leadership Forum with Maria Ressa, journalist and Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, March 21, 2023
Maria Ressa, a Filipino and American journalist who won the 2021 Nobel Peace Prize for reporting on abuses of power and fake news, delivered the Liu Institute's Asia Leadership Forum keynote address on Marchy 21, 2023, at the University of Notre Dame's DeBartolo Performing Arts Center.
Notre Dame Law Professor Diane Desierto, a Liu Institute faculty fellow and international human rights attorney, moderated the discussion after the lecture.
The Asia Leadership Forum was cosponsored by Notre Dame International.

Mam Ressa is a very inspiring person. Why don't we create leaders of our selves. We know what is right and what is wrong. Perhaps Mam Ressa has more knowledge and experience but more so she is not a coward rather brave. She fights to defend the truth unlike us. Success are for the brave.
