Top advice with welding ring hitches, then backing it up with evidence of why not to weld it across the front. A big reason I follow the channel as the content is full of useful tips for those with less experience than yourselves.
Baz not only do you show us your jobs but seeing you talk to your customers brings a great dimension to the channel, this is you all over thanks .

Hi Baz and Cal, do you know if it wasn't for people like you two? This country would come to a stand still, and it's nice to see the younger generation taking an interest in the industry of welding and fabrication. Thank you again for a fantastic video, and keep up the good work. Best regards, as always. John.

A possible midweek boost and weekend wisdoms: Your new schedule brings us a possible midweek boost to keep us going and a weekend dose of wisdom to make our days off productive and fulfilling. Perfect for your next planning and executing your next welding project.
I totally agree with you Baz.. I’ve worked in garages since I was 16 back in 86.. and you have people with disabilities running marathons and climbing mountains yet we have so many people on social.. when I was young at school I used to try skip school telling my dad I didn’t feel well..he always said if you can get out of bed walk down stairs to tell me you can’t go to school,it means you are not that ill..that has stuck with me through out my adult life..great vlog Baz
Good to see people like Gill my I have a uncle who's got a broken back and recently lost a leg and still does his best to do most things everyday
You tube and Instagram are powerful advertising platforms for businesses! Another great video baz & co👍👍👍👍

Should design something for gilli to stop those things comming of shore you could think of something you all seem like a group of people that could help if you can ❤
Great chapter.some lovely classic trucks in the garage.and lovely welding bench as well .
Your all workers and grafters just what this country needs. You are re all an example to everyone of what you can achieve if we get off our arses and work. Loving the content Baz.
2 in a week defo a big treat good morning team 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
As you say Baz It really does give you a boost to know that all those great people are out there especially with all the nonsense going on in the world, well done everyone on this episode it lifts my spirits to know your all out there pulling together ❤️ 👏

Brilliant baz Another excellent video well done, lads ❤
Good job lad.happy to see you getting on good.
People that have given you equipment are fantastic and you and cal do great work what a team and friends you have
Another cracking chronicle lad’s, as much as I like watching and learning about the jobs you do my favourite part’s are the personalities, kindness and inspiring people you show us and Gilly and others in similar predicament’s are all top tier people.
Well done lads, you're smashing it.great to see the mid-week episode this week as well👍
Another exciting episode baz. I totally agree even if your disabled you can still be good at something. I was born with a disability and drove trucks and plant for majority of my life . My health isn't the best nowadays as I have COPD but I still work when my body allows me too. Some of the greatest minds on earth have had a disability of some for or another. My dad was a dyslexic but was a trucker for 50 years .
Brilliant content as usual baz. Glad to see there’s so many good people out there giving you a help in hand building your business and giving you loads of work.
Fantastic video baz again thanks m8 🎉
That section of that roller frame is cast steel. There is more casting under those plates, and it should be a 25mm weld across the with of the frame. I use to weld them back in 2012 when i worked at CAT.
Great episode look forward to the next one God bless
I like how you bring the younger generation in and have the time to talk to them.
Hooked on your channel Baz! Love the content and insight into your new business! Really enjoy how you introduce us to the people and businesses you do work for and also help to promote them via your channel and socials! Keep it up and already looking forward to the next episode! 👍

Absolutely outstanding videos getting better and better there is great people out their today you are a totally different man since you left fox group no stress on your face more relaxed your business will go bigger and better and it couldn't have happened to a nicer guy Callum the stig are playing a blinder I wish you all the best Baz top bloke
Cheers to you for being so humble. Your content is amazing. Keep up the great work.
Another great video, they are just getting better and better, so much interest in different aspects of the business, the mid week episode was amazing as well
if you notice the trencher has the track drive spockets on the front of the track frame, so that when it tracks back to start a new trench cut,at speed the undercarrage is running forwards, because undercarriage wears out 50-75% quicker in reverse, same goes for dozers, excavators always keep speed and travel to a minimuim in reverse,
The content is getting better and better and it so hart worming to see so many nice people helping you out ❤
Brilliant chapter baz & co .Great to see people supporting other's.
The western world was built by blokes like Baz. Legend.
You deserve all the good luck that I’m sure is going to come your way. Some lovely people in today’s chapter.
Lovely old job Baz
It’s great to see the new people who are reaching out to you and wanting to work with you on projects. What a inspirational guy to still work with his injuries so on that note stay safe and crack on lad to the next chapter

Thanks Baz, cal and the director loving the new business content there's some great people out there still looking forward to the next one best wishes from Ireland 🇮🇪 😊
Thank you for the information on welding the eye .
Another great video. Good people helping good people. Peace
Evening guy's. All I will say is what goes around comes around and you deserve it. Great episode, like the midweek fix. Stay safe.
What this channel highlights even more than the diversity and quality of workmanship on show is that there are some really genuinely generous people among us. You would think going off the mainstream media that this country is a broken version of its former self ? Well personally I think that’s total B/S and agenda driven. There are many ,many companies both big and small who are still knocking out quality work and goods the length and breadth of the U.K. and that’s despite the £ crashing into oblivion ( really?) and us drifting so far from Europe ( really?) that we are closing in in North America at a terrific rate of metres per second. Total guff folks Buy British when you can and put yer trust in guys like Baz and Cal for you are sure to get a class job done at a price that reflects the end product. Loving the freedom of the new Channel Baz as you build this business from the mounting bolts up 🤜🏼⚡️🤛🏼 I would say good luck Baz but we both know luck isn’t a factor in it when your work and work ethic speaks for itself.
You know Baz Your humility adds even more depth to your incredible skills and those who are around you make you all shine together and its looking like you'll need three times the space come the end of this year and you all know the saying humble beginnings Success isn't something that's handed to us, we have to work for it and you all are doing just that.
Baz, I really enjoy watching the progression of your new company with you and your brothers. Can’t wait to see where you take this thing! Keep up the great work in the great videos.
Great stuff meeting the customers going from strength to strength.
I'm so inspired by the example you set. It's making me a better person.

Good afternoon Baz, Cal and The Director ... What an episode! The trencher in the field. What a machine. It used to be such a cheap alternative going up private fields (especially laying water mains) but now it's not far off laying in the road ! What a generous family (John and Steve) donating that awesome welding table ....good people find good people Baz! It's all about frequency mate !! 😉😉 *Big shout to Gilly for being a top guy and inspiration* Some people complain some people *just get on with it* 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Channel is growing by the day and well done ✅ Be safe, be happy Gary 🦉🦉
