To everyone commenting on the advertisements... This is an amazing quality flow given for free by a most talented yogi. The cost to buy this, plus an intermediate version plus a quick fundamentals class is only $16! I think that's a great deal for something I will keep, treasure, and use regularly. It's also a great way to support the people who give us this content.

If you're worried about advertisement then you're really not that centered during the advertisement, you should be like gee, let me work on that Asana pose that I just can't master at the moment, take your yoga practice into your own hands and stop making excuses, period, you got this!!!!

I do not practice Ashtanga yoga but Hatha only. I am a man and I want to say that Laruga is a really example for me. She combines real strength in the postures with all the grace and feminine sensitivity that i lack . Laruga's style and the quality of the video make this series like ... a real poetry. Thank you so much for sharing !
