I had a LOT of trouble getting my 5sos merch but none when i order Taylor swift merch when she dropped folklore. FedEx has lost so much of my merch orders its not even funny. I get so angry every time i see a FedEx truck now.

@@OliviaRena I would have been absolutely livid. I was still livid when they had cancelled my order without telling me. Then UMG has the nerve to DM on twitter saying they were sorry and how they hoped the fixed my problem.

I actually ordered a signed clear vinyl months ago, been waiting since the beginning of January for it to come and have filed claims saying it never arrived. I had the same issue where I never got responses back after a certain amount of time. Kinda super sucks as I was looking forward to adding it to my collection

I had an issue with mac miller’s website & kept contacting them. I called my bank to dispute the charge & the company shipped it out almost immediately after I did that.
Mines still didn’t come and my signed one took long to come so I have my signed one but my pic disc and cassettes I didn’t receive at least yet 😣 and nobody gotten back to me yet
I know this old but I'm just now seeing this lol. I feel like it probably got stuck at customs. And you wouldve had to call them. I do think the picture disc is super nice. I like that one and the UO the best.
i ordered from the uk store the clear signed vinyl and the cassettes bundle literally the second they come out,after 1 month i emailed them and said that i hadnt got them yet ans that i would like a reshipment or at least a full refund.3 weeks ago they said that my order got returned to them but yesterday after 6 ignored emails i sent,they said that my order never came back to them and it might come eventually.It’s been 7 months and i dont think i’ll ever receive my order or my money back :/

If they truly did send it, it may still be on the way lol. Just got mine today. (About 65 days after I ordered.) Edit: Counted. 70 days. :)
