Still so astounded by where she’s at. Ashley was my Drum Major in Marching Band in High School and at Arkansas State. We would go to Memphis to see her in those Dive Bars back then. Amazing person.

As a major country music fan since 1987, I can honestly say it’s rare these days that a female vocalist stops me in my tracks; Ashley McBryde did. She’s the best vocalist since Carrie Underwood and I hope she goes so so so far! I love that she’s my age (35) and not blonde and thin. Carrie’s fabulous and 36 now (we were all born in ‘83) but it’s awesome to see talent like this actually make it. It is a JOY and an honor to listen to her incredibly powerful voice!! What a gift!

I stumbled across Ashley McBryde about 3 yrs ago and thought to myself "why isn't this lady a huge star, she's the best female country artist I've heard in years." She's so refreshing... not the scantily clad, bleach blonde twit that sings pop trying to pass it off as country. She's the real deal. She's the female version of Chris Stapleton. I predict that she'll be as big a star as he is...

I remember seeing her in downtown Little Rock March 2014. The doors were open at the bar and you could hear her down the street. we decided we needed to see who the hell that was. I knew she was on the move. After the show she took time to play darts with us, have a glass of Whiskey and a dip of Copenhagen. I have followed her from that day and get chills every time I here her sing. I am glad to see she is getting what she deserves. I'm still waiting to see her at the Mullet Toss at the FloraBama.Congratulations Ashley.

Love her!! She has come a long way, and I'm definitely proud of her. Ashley McBryde is the girl who saved my life when I thought everything was over for me. And that's when miss Ashley came into my world March, 2018 & pulled me back in. She reminded me to keep pushing foward, to keep writing, and to keep chasing my dreams. If it weren't for Ash, I probably would've given up on everything, my songwriting, my music dream (I'm currently chasing) & probably on life. I really don't know where my life would've ended up at if she wasn't in mine, I'm so thankful for Ashley, she's my hero. I'm really hoping to get the chance to meet Ash on September 10th, it would really mean a lot to me to meet the girl who saved my life, tell her in person how she means to me and hug her. Can't wait for that day when I do meet Ashley. I've seen her twice, and will be seeing her again in September. It'll be my 3rd time seeing her. She's the reason why I'm still here, still chasing my music dream and still writing songs. I never gave up because of her. Ashley McBryde is awesome & she's a badass.

Well, You got a new fan with me. There's only ONE thing my 66 year old Rock and Roller ass respects above all else, and that's Musicianship. You've got it in spades, ALL of it. That hard pipe hittin' Rawker attitude, really solid guitar chops, and, a knack for belting out lyrics that grab people by their butts and their hearts at the same time, and that's not easy. Looking forward to your next batch of songs.

Definitely the best damn female country artist out there. She sings with her heart. And sometimes tells people off (You Got Fat I Got Famous). But you can see it in her face and hear it in her voice. My favorite female artist when so many people dont really sing "country music" anymore. She was right. We all want to hear our dad's say they are proud of us and I still haven't heard that from mine. But I love country/any music because it says how you feel when words cant. It is the soundtrack to life. Keep going girl.

I'm so proud of her and happy for her. I hope that her dad comes around and tells her what her heart needs to hear from him. I had not accomplished half of the things I wanted to. I was a teen mom, dropped out of high school(got my GED a year later), & had 2 failed marriages. It was after all of this when I was at my dad's house with a couple of my sisters. My dad and I had just got back to his house after me having a heated discussion with my daughter's father. With tears in his eyes he was explaining to my sisters how proud he was of me, he said I made his chest stick out, and he told me that he loved me. I never told him how much hearing those words from him meant to me. My dad passed away a few years ago and I wonder sometimes what made him so proud because I hadn't done much to be proud of. But it gives me great joy to know that he was proud of me in spite of everything. Now my mission is to be the woman that he saw me as. I hope that Ashley gets to hear those words from her father.

That's a beautiful story that you shared thank you. I too grew up wanting to hear nothing but that my parents were proud of me especially my dad. I was fortunate enough at the end of his life if he told me I had made him proud, I had made him proud in spite of the fact that I had not discovered a new continent or the cure for cancer... My dad who was my greatest teacher and my own personal hero told me that he was proud of me for fighting a debilitating disease for continuing to fight and search for treatments score of resistant form of hepatitis c and each time 9 and all that I underwent a really terrible type of treatment for it my dad was there every time to just go to the into fighting. At the end of his life I was finally on a treatment that was working for me and is he died from lung cancer he was so grateful that I had a chance to continue living and have a healthy life he told me he was proud of nature fighting for a living and he knew that I would succeed and go lawn after that treatment to be completely cured not just in remission. Thanks honey for sharing your story.

This song relates to me so much girl going nowhere because I always feel like that’s me that I stay in the same spot no matter what’s happening. I lost my mom, my fiancée left me, and I’m going through a custody battle so + and it’s just a lot for me to take and I love to sing and my dad is supportive like she said but not well you know… And my mom was the same way as her so encouraging and it’s been two years and it feels like yesterday that my mom is been gone. Music means so much to me and it’s literally been some of the reasons why I think that I’m still here today. There of been times where I’ve not wanted to be on this earth and I could turn on the song it makes me feel so much different. Your songs a little dive bar in Dahlonega, girl going nowhere, Bible in a 44, the jacket I could go on anon it really means so much to me how you’re music is so personal I just wanna say thank you Ashley McBryde and if you read this I would be honored to meet you and come to the show and sing with you and maybe write a song with you you’re beautiful and wonderful person and I just wanna say thank you so much for everything that you do and I really hope maybe someday and God’s grace and paying it forward I can do the same as you ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Ashley McBryde has been to the medical school of life, she heals, she hurts, she is human, we are all so proud of you, not the same as your Daddy being proud, but he may just be afraid for his precious girl, he doesn't understand the music world as a way of making a life and living, just a thought. He may not understand till he meets his precious Lord, and the Lord will show him the way.

What a treasure to discover such talent in the last year as I went through some major struggles in life having to loosen the reins from my own music & gig opportunities. Liquid gold voice & heart 🎶💛 Keep Shining Ashley!

I could tell all this about her dad the first time I heard Rattlesnake Preacher. Hit home, I know those dynamics firsthand. She’s a great musician and seems very kind.

I totally get what she is saying about her father. My mother is the same way. I held back and got a respectable job and I'm close to being able to leave it. I'm laying out the path to head out in the direction I was meant to go in. I've got to do it differently now. But at least there will be no regrets. Thanks Ashley Mcbryde for being a part of the puzzle that pushed me to do this.

She's so right! Not everyone is a dr, lawyer or whatever. YOU DO YOU! I told my husband your not forcing our boys to do what YOU think they should...let them pursue their own passions. They are successful.
