There are several 10-acre parcels as well as 2 and 5-acre parcels.Between Kingman and Flagstaff, there is still a lot of available land. The land gets cheaper going east past Flagstaff.

@@jackofalltrades12 jackofalltrades this was my handle from the late 80s till I retired several years ago as I started out as a painter and by the late 80s I was a contractor ,,,anyway got any leads on property in the area from Ash fork up to Williams or maybe out to Flagstaff,,well cool ,,thanks jack

Those are Juniper berries, they make gin out of them, so I would venture to say you could eat them, but probably not very good unless to boiled them down into a syrup maybe? I am also looking to buy some land in or around Ashfork.

Oh, I didn't know that. The wildlife around there seems to enjoy them. lol There are still some good deals. I've seen some on Facebook marketplace.
