Aseana City (also known as Aseana Business Park) is a 204-hectare (500-acre) mixed-use central business district development located in Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines. Owned and developed by D.M. Wenceslao & Associates (DMWAI) through Aseana Holdings, it is situated in the centermost portion of the Central Business Park (alongside PAGCOR's Entertainment City) between the SM business complex in the north and Asiaworld in the south within the Bay City area.
In the Last five years this area is booming with new developments and will continue to build more in the coming years... New Residential Condominiums, Office buildings, Shopping Mall ,Hotels are already operating here.
.Ayala Malls Manila Bay (formerly Ayala Malls Bay Area) is a shopping mall in Metro Manila, developed by Ayala Malls, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ayala Corporation. Opened on September 26, 2019, it is the first Ayala Mall in Parañaque. It is located in the Aseana City township development.
Parqal, located in the 107.5-hectare Aseana City in Parañaque, is a nine-building development that will feature retail stores, offices, and al fresco dining surrounding a linear, open space park at the center.
New Megaprojects in Aseana City is the New Branch of Landers Superstore and St Luke's Medical center.
