I'm not only tactile but i also love smelling stuff when i go shopping,even fluff up pillows & cushions on displays. Love the smell of new books though

Great vlog ❤ ive got vertigo at the minute only when i look right and up so annoying, also i got a while back when i started doing yoga some of the positions can cause the crystals to move into the wrong place in your ears

Try Brandt-daroff exercises. They worked a treat for me when I got terrible vertigo after a really loud concert!

i had vertigo..it can be very nasty and i used to panic when i got an attack but im just a nervous nellie! mine was due to an ear infection so an anti biotic took care of it. the vertigo did take a few weeks to wear off tho...but im fine now and you will be too. ❤❤

Hi Freya. Loved your video as always so many nice things in Asda just now, thank you for sharing with us. I hope you feel better soon. I had vertigo years ago and it was awful I felt like the room was spinning I got medication to help but now they recommend the Epley Maneuvre to help. I would definitely phone your dr if it doesn’t go away soon. Anxiety can make it worse too I suffer with anxiety so I know how you feel. My dr told me to stop googling health symptoms and probably the best advice he gave me. Love your videos. Have a lovely week 🥰💕

Dr Goggle has a lot to answer for. I'm fighting several autoimmune disorders at the moment, vertigo is part and parcel. Hopefully you'll feel better soon. Love to watch you.

I used to do the same after going clothes shopping with my mum when I was much younger. We’d get home after our shopping trip and do a little fashion show for each other!

I’ve had vertigo twice ,and both times after really bad cold / flu when it blocked my nose and my ears ( which I believe can affect your balance) Hopefully that is the problem … But if doesn’t go !!! get it checked out ❤

Hi fraya sounds like vertigo I get that is horrible you should go to gp.i had it ages a go and ended up in hospital because I couldn’t stop being sick ,but I get it now and again I take tablet the gp gave me and it help.hope it goes soon,love you videos your homes stunning xxx

I’ve been having dizzy spells and same symptoms of my head turning to the left … I’ve been prescribed a steroid nose spray (I think you can buy over the counter) and antisickness as DR thinks I’ve had a sinus infection that won’t clear up properly without the nose spray xx

I recently got a plant pot from ikea very similar to yours for £7 that I use to hold kitchen utensils 😊

I suffer from virtigo and have suffered from it years ago I am on medication for it I have to take it all the time. When I am on airplane and we take off I go very dizzy feel a bit sickly it happens all the time. I have hearing aids I was 7yrs old when started looking my hearing it was due to eat infections I had lots of operations both me and my sister had hearing problems my sister had perpetrated eat drums. She should wear hearing and for one dad but she won't she is not as bad as me but I have to wear both hearing aids. Love the vaurses.Great vidio. Xx

Hi we can't find the vintage vase in Asda? Is it available?

I've recently had a sinus issue and ear ache with it, where I feel like I'm under water, but I get moments where I feel slightly dizzy/ miss gauging where door frames etc are and it feels like I'm being pressed down as I go dizzy, only slightly like I'm going to pass out then it subsides, maybe a similar thing, but ever since actually having had Cancer (Hodgkin's Lymphoma) I definitely don't google my anxiety is too much to do that. Xx hope the meds work ❤ great haul

You could have a blocked ear or an inner ear thing especially flying

Yes few weeks ago was really dizzy one day. Then it happens now & again. I'm not long after having inner ear infection pain was in my teeth too bit dentist checked all fine. Was horrible I get it occasionally what you described curling your hair. Here in Scotland where I am we still under covid restrictions cannot see a gp. Ten minutes down road it's doctors as normal.

I have bilateral vestibular hypofunction and suffer from verstibular migraines as a result of Covid. I've been suffering since April 2022 and am in rehab for it. The doctors took a year to diagnose me correctly and initially thought it was vertigo. It never left me. So I hope for your sake you recover quickly, I was initially off work for 4 months, I couldn't even get out of bed the dizziness was that bad :( take care xxx

As soon as you said vertigo i immediately thought anxiety. I struggled for months with dizziness and refused to accept it was anxiety related. It was. Even though i didn't realise i was anxious. It came out of nowhere. Hope it passes soon. X

My vertigo affects me when im in bed and turn to my right side. Been to the doctor, and it has a name, Brandt Daroff. Basically, its crystals formed, and these movements help to break them down. Hope you do feel better soon, i know I've had this before, and it was happening at work, which made me go to the doctor. Take care xx😊😊

I get positional vertigo on and off, I get I when I’m laid down or if I turn my head a certain way. I can go months without it then it all of a sudden comes back. It used to make me feel sick but I’ve learnt if I close my eyes until it stops I’m fine x

Definitely sounds like ur ears making u feel like that . But make a gp appointment Freya . I get it a lot but mine is menopause related I often have to lye down as my legs go like jelly x

Yeah, i sometimes get that kinda like you've just got out of a lift but feels like you're still in it or as if you've just got off a ferry. Can be if I get an earache, head cold or even if I'm dehydrated or hungry cos i don't drink enough water & my diet isnt the best 😬

Ive had veritigo twice, it was awful, I had to crawl on my hands and knees to the loo, both occassions it was a virus and was given anti sickness tablets , but it definitely could be an ear problem.

Travel to Granada Spain when you can is as lovely as Sevilla with more moorish monuments and in a lot of restaurants the give you a free tapa when you order any drink

Hi Freya, so sorry to hear about your vertigo. Mine was triggered a few years ago by a bad inner ear infection. I had 3 weeks off work it was so bad. Luckily I haven’t had it that serious again , but I do get the signs of it when I’m over tired, anxiety or run down but I do the Brandt-Daroff exercises as soon as I get symptoms to realign the ear crystals. I’m sure your doctor will recommend what you need. Unfortunately because I have a narrow ear canal, I am susceptible to it but hopefully yours won’t be. Wishing you all the best. Loving the videos 🤗

I was at the trafford centre yesterday. I think home sense is closing. The upstairs was cordoned off and empty. Downstairs a lot of stuff was reduced in price but nothing worth having. So either they are closing completely or maybe having a referb?

Hi i have had vertigo for a long time it affects me when bending down and turning quickly but i also had labrinitus which was a inner ear infection which left me more dizziness and feeling sick. Both are really unpleasant

I get vertigo and the doctor said mine was from inner ear.. the fluid in your inner ears get out of balance.. and it could be related to springtime pollen allergies that's what mine is

I have vertigo it's so horrible and then got COVID , and things seem worse being in bed is worse when you turn over it feels like you are going to fall out of bed. When I'm up any heights as well it gets worse , I couldn't stand up in early days but they are different extremes. I've been suffering for 6 months now .

I usually get BPPV after my return flights. Caused by crystals in ears. You can do head manipulation exercises to help. It’s very uncomfortable. Hope you feel better soon.

I suffer with vertigo. There are other things that this could be. If you have had a cold or hayfever, any kind of a virus but if you’ve got any kind of earache it could be that. Vertigo is usually pain free. I can’t remember which way round it is but the first thing they asked me was does it feel like the room is spinning or inside your head? I have been getting it on and off for years and there doesn’t seem to be a trigger. It can be as mild as I move my head, even turning over in bed and it feels like falling off the bed or as severe as I can’t walk and have to lay down. I tried medication and it didn’t help but luckily my GP did a quick manoeuvre with my head and it was instantly gone. They can teach you to do this at home but it’s not always successful. However, it is now something that I only get now and again. Definitely worth getting it checked out. Love your hails and I think Stacey’s range is lovely ❤

Really worth getting a proper gp appt if you can, seems strange prescribing vertigo meds when you haven't had a blood pressure test or anything. I have low blood pressure sometimes and get dizzy and have vertigo symptoms, try and get a checkup soon just incase x

I did send them my blood pressure readings as I have one at home :) thankfully it seems to be subsiding and I am doing that without the meds as I don't think I need them

I suffer with vertigo....and one of my worst episodes lastd a month....lie on the affected side. Hold for a few minutes rotate. Just your head 90degress. Towards the ceiling and hold again for a few minutes...then mover your body to lie down facing the ceiling rotate your head again to look over your shoulder on the affected side. Hold again for a ew minutes....its all to do with the inner ear crystals.... Lie in a quiet dark room to help ease. The swaying effect. Like motion sickness... You can get sturgeron travel sick tablets.. sorry for the long drawn out details...but i can help if its bad ..x

I suffer with vertigo. The pain in your ear is probably what is causing it. Recommend looking up the epley manoeuvre if your symptoms persist. Make sure you keep hydrated.

I was doing my hair and flipped my head back and passed out hit my face so it was all bruised. I get dizzy when i bend over ,turn my head or go up a ladder.

I had a terrible episode in Italy it was extremely hot got dizzy panicky awful but I have health anxiety I question everything and forever check all with docs
