Can someone please help me with using this product. Last time I tried it placed a teacher for a particular subject under same period for different classes (clashes). And I don`t know how to insert beaks and lunch times.

2 subjects in a period??

I have made the time table in ASi software for one week for all the teachers. But I found one teacher's time table is not balanced and I want to change the time table of that particular teacher without disturbing other teacher's time table. How shall I go about it. Please help.

Very hard sir. Because if one card is being changed, it will have to replace another teacher’s lesson. And that teacher must be free to swap

Hi sir, for my cases, I have 3 subject in one time, PI,MOR,RT and they all are not in same timing duration, PI(6)MOR(4)RT(2).. How to do this?

Hi cikgu. You can use PI (group a) Mor ( group b) Rt( group b) This will ensure that PI will pair with MOR and Rt

What if a teacher only teaches certain period? Our elementary goes four days and older students get five. But there are teachers who teach math mixed grades. How we do we do that?

sorry fo the late reply. 1. TEAcher teaching only certain period - please use the timeoff option to block periods they are not teaching. 2. just add those teachers to the grades as per how you do the normal classes. just that this will have the teacher teaching 2 grades

very very late reply. apologies. ASC or ASP?? if in ASC , you would have to click SCHOOL, click BELL TIMES RENAME PERIOD, and change the timing

Guru Digital click teacher, click lessons, new lesson, choose the subject, choose the class, enter the number of single or double period, choose the room click ok. Then repeat for the other subject

Hi I have a doubt. How we can assign particular classes in particular day. Like we have A block and B Block. Teacher's are facing transmit one block to other block. So we thought to assign all A block classes will be 2 days in a week. Other three days of the week she will be in A block. How please guide me or please upload videos for this kind of option. You can assign classrooms to building. From here you can allow teachers to have 1 free period before transfering to other building

I have one more doubt kindly help me to solve. Eng per week 7 period. It should be block period too. So I made eng (as a double3 period) Eng1 (as a single) Now maximum one subject should be 2 periods per day. Some classes eng, eng1 is coming same day. Kindly reply as much as possible

lavanya kandasamy you can use thr same subject, Eng for 1 period. No need to add different name(subject-eng1). Use eng 3 double period and again eng 1 single period
