Can I ask what your awakening was? I ask in full respect to you, I have apiphanies but then I forget them.

I wish that people would understand how we are created from the elements of this plant and you have to return all of the things of this planet prior to leaving it. Plus the human being requires a magnetic energy field to be able to survive and not lose their mind. It's sad that they have not learned much about themselves since they killed the last one who came to try and teach them that They had God inside of them and they were not able to understand how they only had to look into the mirror to see how truly beautiful and amazing they are, but they were not able to see that in their own self and they were not able to get it when it was said that we were given every that we needed to get through this lifetime, so I figured if it was not attached to me, it had to be inside of me. Then I found the book that Jess had to see that I was needing to seek Jesus and he was the one who is going to get me to see the Mother and Father God's and they showed me that heaven is inside of me too 😊

I need clarity. I am 82 yrs and my challenge has been anxiety. In my mind anxiety equals high frequency; low key i.e being calm equals low frequency. Search for "Vibrational Frequency Chart" there you can see that anxiety is around midway, where thinking/logical mind is still more active than spiritual and the heart. Frequency here doesn't mean volume or speed, it means how good the feeling feels.
