I really like how Shiina-sensei (Illustrator) contrasted the many starting LN illustrations with ending ones such as 0:02 and 2:22, 0:07 and 0:42 and 1:20, 0:50 and the dedication whirling illustration from P5V11 and many more 0:36 I hated how tragic this was only to realize that it was for the best.. glad they both found happiness in the end. 0:47 hahaha I love how Rozemyne had mixed feeling for Bonifatius and Hartmut... their scenes were always so entertaining. 1:13 I love how the artist literally removed Hartmut from the background 1:30 Our merchant saint gives no mercy during negotiations.... It was bold of sigispig to assume she was a naive girl, glad our girl showed him his place. 1:36 AHHHH I literally browed a lot A LOT to find his picture, sadly this picture which should have been in the "mother and daughter chapter" never made it to novel. I was literally crying having read her several unpublished short stories and all... 1:45 so divine 1:55 uff I squealed so so much when I first saw this illustration... 2:05 so this is Dunkelfelger's way of proposing, this illustration was featured in a short story (Dunkelfelger women- Hartmut's POV) in Royal Academy Stories- First year.... this was also the one and only Kissing illustration we get in the whole story. 2:11 Just another day of Hartmut experiencing greatest EUPHORIA 2:20 blue sky, clear water, white birds, the perfect weather.... and Rozemyne aub Alexandria 2:31 and 2:45 I love how the fanart turned out to be so similar to the actual illustrations, this looks so good 2:48 this was the final illustration of the novel 2:52 and 2:56 y'know this was the illustration I waited for more than any other, I was sure they will make this one!! Oh well I have a lot more thoughts but those can wait..... let me know which videos I should make next... Till then LET'S WAIT FOR SEASON 4 and The spin-off to get serialised!!

The illustrations have always been very good. I am rather attached to the first meeting with Hannelore, especially how things develop later. The Merchant Saint is another one. She showed no mercy whatsoever during those negotiations. I do love the illustration when she returns from the Furthest Hall with _the book,_ but I am even more attached to the Call to War in Dunkelfelger. My first thought was 'These lunatics will follow her anywhere until the day she dies, just to say they fought along side the Warrior Saint of Ehrenfest'. Because you KNOW they have to call her that behind her back. I get the feeling that no other Duchy will ever cross her, knowing that Dunkelfelger will *_always_* get her back. But the best illustrations for me will always be of Darth Rozemyne. I am not a fan of the eventual romance. I don't care about her mental age. I cannot see past the age gap. Still, I will say this. They make each other safe for society. Ferdinand is a borderline sociopath and Myne has the shortest fuse when she is fired up, with easily the most explosive consequences. It may be odd, by Rozemyne did perform a Dunkelfelgerian proposal to Ferdinand....she Crushed him when she was 7. Philine needs to hurry up with her proposal. Damuel needs a good ass kicking.

But also Myne and Ferdinand have the connection that Ferdinand is the only one that understands WHERE she is coming from, having seen her old world through her eyes. Realizing that there is a massive disconnect between the noble society she lives in now to the more merit based society she grew up in. She is do different from what is common now, and he probably remembers best that she lost 2 years of acclamation that's to her potion sleep.

Something that isn't also learned till much later in the series (spoiler from here, we've been warned). . . . . . . . Rozemyne is also the only person who actually deeply care about Ferdinand. It's not that others don't, it's just not to the degree that Rozemyne does. She's the only one to stand up to Sylvester when he tries to dump his work and the chalices from other duchies unto Ferdinand. She also sees to his health and lifestyle that he's eating and sleeping well and not relying on potions just to keep going. She gives him the chance to indulge in his own interests. She gives him an omni-elemental blessing when he's forced to leave Ehrenfest that hasn't been seen in Yurgenschmidt since the age of myth. AND to top it all off, when Ferdinand's life is in danger; she goes to save him even if it means going against her noble family, the royal family, and even the gods themselves. It's not just a one way relationship between them. It just takes 34 light novel volumes for it to play out until they both recognize that they have genuine feelings towards each other.

😫 still waiting for part 5 volumes 9-12 translations online 😆 one of the best stories i came across in 2023-2024 ❤

I know the social structures are serious in this anime, but I thought that Myne would eventually have enough authority to say she wants to marry Lutz if he wants it too and no one could stop her. My headcanon so far was that they will end up together. Now the news that he'll marry Tuuli is a huge spoiler shock for me. I'll need time to get used to this. 😓🤔 Also, WHAT?!?! NGL too at first I never cared about the details about social structures, gods and side characters much (as I watched season 1 before jumping to LN/WN), I was indeed very shocked with how deep it was from the starting itself it had so many details, side stories and perspectives the anime never showed/focused on... that aside yes Myne/Rozemyne had a lot of authority and influence but in the end of the day she is still a noble, archduke's daughter with very high mana (people with mana can have kids only with those with similar amount of mana as their own) at that, she would never be even be able to associate with commoners as friends let alone marry one. Even after all that when she was given the opportunity to marry him after faking her noble death (by ferdi) she refused saying that she never had those kind of feelings for lutz, he is her precious best friend and business partner and also that she can never survive living as a commoner. as for Tulli X Lutz it was an arranged marriage by their families, probably the best choice because of their new status as Rozemyne's favorite. Lutz fell in love, Tulli is recovering a heartbreak and slowly moving on with Lutz (rejected by Benno, haha)🤣🤣 Yes Rozemyne and Ferdinand get engaged due to various circumstances

@@rebekadoczi2136 To answer your first question, Lutz started falling for Tulli gradually before Myne confirmed she never had any romantic feelings for her (Lutz doesn't know about this conversation between Ferdi and Myne, it is unneeded) No, Lutz too has stated multiple times during the series that he has never seen Myne anything other than his best friend and business partner also coupled with the fact that she would make the worst commoner wife, even if they hire servants, at the end of the day a wife who can't give birth would be useless. Tulli falling for Benno is canon but only mentioned in extra side stories, CD bonus short stories and once in the the end of the series. She starts to really admire him and all but of course he sees her as a kid. also Lutz knows about this though they are moving on. It is canonically stated that Ferdinand started developing romantic feelings for her after she grew up physically and developed mana sensing, Rozemyne is aware. She too develops feelings for her, but oblivious as she is she doesn't know yet, though it's clear they love each other. For Ferdinand this this marriage was a win-win for many reasons, not just getting Rozemyne. Rozemyne too is glad about this. I really recommend you read the series
