In 2019, I discovered the ASC Compulert which is what controls a siren system, and I always wondered what a real one would look like and I eventually saw some pictures and videos and for some reason it seemed more unique looking than other controllers. I don’t know I guess I just liked how it lit up and such, kinda wondered if I was gonna be able to press it one day and actually activate a siren. SirenCon2024 was going a little rough but I saw someone who wasn’t a siren owner who was pushing the buttons, wasn’t a staff member, I saw a window and went for it, and yeah I think it was Tom who let me push it, but yeah, Attack and Fast Wail I finally was able push one of the buttons in fact twice. SirenCon is just one of those things, its more or less for me now an opportunity, not just a place to hang out, but to just, enjoy and do the kind of thing not a whole lot of people are lucky enough to do. I’ve also always wanted to hear an RM-130 and finally seeing and hearing one was amazing, that’s one thing that’s so special about these events, you see things you normally never get to see, and being allowed to experience them in action more than once is just awesome it really makes this event much more special for me, especially when you’re around those who are also into these spinny machinery lol. The video turned out great, I hope to see more from this event and other videos in general.
