because not only does he dance well he actually animates his face witch is important a lot of these dancers faces be like they sucking on war heads

I feel strongly that this choreographer’s class would cause more weight loss than Zumba. Dude has energy.

I d been working out to choreography recently and in an hour I had burned 400 calories. However it was an intense dance routine. Not to mention a higher heart rate makes you burn more calories

I love the diversity in the this class. People from all sizes, ethnicity, ages. Amazing choreo too
