And I hope our Ghanaian brothers and sisters are seeing and hearing how Olamide stylishly infused their slang into this music...We carry you along, but do you wanna follow or keep beefing us? *Akwaba* means *_Welcome_* in Ashanti Language....In Yoruba, we say *Ekuabo* or *Ekabo.*

I remember when we used to listen to Ra & R&B, trying to sound like our black American brethren, we never got the hook, because we sounded funny and cannot resonate with the BA culture...This is inspite of the fact that some of our rappers were damn good too. But the moment we switched to our own vibes & pushed it out, the world took notice and now, they cannot have enough of what we have to offer.

Just noticed this song today and it blew my mind. Are you sure Nigerians can survive 2022? The number of crazy bangers that are dropping left right and centre is mind numbing. This is a lovely song by all standard. 👏👏👏👏❤️❤️👍🏾👍🏾🇳🇬🇳🇬
