I love my Kimes ranch jeans, extremely comfortable and I love how they’re made in the USA. They’re expensive, but you can feel the quality in the denim.
I don't know anything about raw denim but those jeans look really good. I'm definetly surprised how well they work with all of the boots without going over the heel on the Boulet's

Me too. Thanks for watching Vance
BTW, Branded Denim by Kelly Martin (who happens to be a great cowboy boot maker as well) is another great option for jeans. Made of 14-ounce raw denim and about $10 cheaper.

I like the sounds of that! Thanks for letting me know!
I’m switching all mine to Kimes. There are the most comfortable jeans out there. Expensive but worth it
Thank u so much for all these vids. Rock those Cowboy boots !!!!! 🤠🤠
That is a trully inspiring way to talk about fashion. Thanks!
It’s now April 2023 and I’m anticipating the update on these because I want a pair myself but need to know how much they shrank first

As somebody who’s had a pair for 3 and a half months maybe I can help..I would suggest ordering in your regular Wrangler size. It will most likely feel big in the waist and a bit long. If you wanna shrink it a lot, soak in hot water. For less of a shrink, cold. I would say you probably have 2-3 soakings/washes before you have all the shrink out. When you get the sizing how you like it, wear them as long as possible without washing. The denim really molds, creases, and fades to your body. I made it thru calving season without washing and they fit like a glove now. And look pretty cool. In my experience, far superior to any Wrangler or Levi Jeans I have ever owned. Maybe that’s just raw denim in general as this has been my first pair. Hope this helps a bit!
I ordered a pair of the Raw Dillion's two sizes larger (waist and length) than my normal size. Washed them twice in hot water and hung to dry. Great fit everywhere after shrinking. I'm really liking the shaft size opening. Just right to fit over my size 16 Wesco harness boots. So difficult to find jeans with a wide leg opening to get over a boot shaft of my boots. 5 star jeans for sure!
Love these videos keep up the great work 👍👍☺️
Yellowstone is such an amazing show!
The horse trainers near me all wear Kimes Ranch and swear by them. They say they’re more comfortable and last longer than other brands so hearing the praise here isn’t a surprise. Great video JC!
I love your energy man keep up the good work
They look pretty good, definitely worth a try.
I wouldnt hesitate to wash those just whenever you think they need it. You can even machine wash them. Just do low agitation cold wash and put them inside out. Let them hang dry if you want to minimize shrinking. The dye transfer to your boots is called crocking. I quite like it

Good to know! I was planning on just using the machine to wash these since most guys I know don't have time to do it any other way.

Definitely getting a pair
Just picked up a pair I like them so far but they feel a little extra stiff how do they fit after they are worn in?
Please do a video on the most traditional boots you can currently buy and maybe rank them top to bottom. I’m not a fan of semi-traditional or modern boots and I think a lot of people are with me on that. This would be so helpful. Keep up the awesome content!

Yes! I go in western stores and all I ever see is square toe, work boots, or ones that look more like tennis shoes than actual boots. And when I ask for traditional boots, they just look at me like I'm crazy
The jeans look great but that jacket is beyond badass

haha thanks buddy!
Very nice look
What's the waist sizing like? Typical? How much did the waist shrink after washing? Thanks.
Awesome
How do they fit true to size big/small ?
I have couple pairs one of my favorites wish leg openings were a bit larger and next time may try longer to stack. My chisos shaft opening is so large don’t look to good with them. 501s look good with all my boys an half the price.
I would love to see you show a video of these wearing new from the store, and then washed and dried to see them actually fit pre/post washed. They seem to fit loose pre-washed, and not sure if I want to pull the trigger to find a pair that doesn't fit well after they are washed. They are pricy just to figure out the hard way they aren't a great fit.

100 dollars for raw denim made in the USA is a steal
When you do wash them, if you use a machine? Turn them inside out.
Good looking pair of jeans. Not sure i would be up for not washing them for a year, though. Also interested to see how much they shrink after the first wash. If you’re looking for recommendations, check out Rock and Roll Denim Hooey pants.

Well, between your video and all the girls at the barn I work with bashing my cowboy cut wranglers, i decided to go out and buy a pair of kimes 😂. I didn’t get the raw denim though. That’s just sounds like too much honestly lol

JC what up Bro! You finally entered the crazy world of Salvedge or raw denim. The color transfer is called crocking I believe. And denim heads see it as a badge of honor to have indigo transfer to other high end workwear items. And JC you gotta cuff them to show off the red stitching! How else are mere mortals supposed to know that your rocking exclusive jeans! Actually the crocking unto leather items give them a great patina. My Man! Stay cool.

5’11”-6’ how do you determine how much length to get jeans to stack but not too much.
@JeremiahCraig
2 жыл бұрын
Whatever your regular size is, get the next size longer. I measure out to be a 32x34 in most jeans without stacking so if I want to stack a little or make room for the jeans to shrink a little I'll get 32x36
@PrivatePeterson
2 жыл бұрын
The way that I determine it is I’ll try them on and I’ll sit down on the bench in the fitting room. If the stack turns into a straight leg on your boot when you sit then that means it’s too short.
Nice

Entirely unrelated, but I’d love to hear a Jethro Tull cover by you. Perhaps something off of Songs from the Wood? You’d shine in any number of those tunes.
@JeremiahCraig

Thanks! Jethro Tull is one of my favorite bands ever. Definitely in my top 5. I'd love to learn Velvet Green from that album. The time signature is so different haha. I'd learn a lot from it. I already know Locomotive Breath from Aqualung but never recorded it but its on my list for my cover channel once I get that together. Thanks for the request!
@5dollarSlaps

@@JeremiahCraig fantastic song, but yes that time signature is a bit twisted lol. Staying in line with the color, maybe Jack-in-the-Green? Learned that one years ago and haven’t thought to play it in a while. Fire at Midnight as well. Ah screw it, I’d be game to just cover the entire record with ya should it ever be a possibility hahaha

"Hello Jeremiah! I think Jean's Denim pants are a good reference, they have a suitable fit even for cowboy boots! Your jean's pants fit better with your square toe cowboy boots from the end of the video (what a Look! ) but also with your brown round toe boots at the beginning of the presentation with the cowboy boots! " ...... ...... _ _ " Tell me Jeremiah, you won't answer me for sure but you have done a lot of videos on cowboy boots but can you talk in a video about a problem with the interior seams and some interior heel leathers because there are interior heel leathers which are very soft which adapt perfectly to the heels which do not hurt the heel and other stiffer heel leathers which catch the heel when walking causing blisters sometimes with badly made seams during manufacture_ Thank you for reading me _ "

unless that outsourced denim is from japan, as a former denim guy those are overpriced... BUT that knife pocket may redeem it😅in addtion fashion brands from uniqluo to jcrew use kaihara(japanese low tier denim) denim and it goes anywhere from $40 to $200... usually Chinese crafted...

Hey Daniel! Thanks for watching. These are men's jeans but if someone has an issue with Kimes Ranch making women's jeans first then they probably have significant insecurities and I feel really sorry for them. That's a really sad way to live
Why does'nt americans seem to know what leangth to wear on their pants?? THEY ARE TOO LONG! When the boots stack as you say, your legs look shorter and the overall appearence is terrible.
These jeans are really nice but they’re just a little bit out of my price range. I think I’m gonna stick with the tried and true wrangler cowboy cut jeans for the signature jeans by Levi stratus & co
