The company busses in California do not pick up employees at their homes. Employees go to a parking lot where the busses from Google, Apple, and other Silicon Valley tech firms pick them up in the morning and return them in the evening. No door to door service, but much better than driving for an hour each way through rush-hour traffic in your own car.

Excellent ✔ Good genuine Security Officer, I work as a Security Manager p/t and I can say he dealt with everything great. You can tell he just wanted a nice conversation and being friendly is in his nature.

Awesome interaction with Security and drone footage. ⭐⭐⭐ Contractor was Winvic Construction Ltd Jan 2021 - Sept 2022 (original completion date), 346,132 sqft warehouse for property developer Panattoni. Slaughter and May was the Ocado consultant for the new distribution centre 20 year lease and is a joint venture between Ocado and Mark & Spencer. Lease was announced Sept 2021. Smaller warehouse across the highway was the first unit, 60,000 sqft leased to Deta Electrical on 15 year lease. The two units was £80m contract awarded early 2019. Winvic has several contracts with Panattoni for other properties across UK and also a preferred contractor of Ocado. Panattoni website indicates the unit being developed beside Ocado will be leased to GM (General Motors).

That was a pleasure to watch and listen to. Everyone was brilliant.

This is cool,, I also use DJ and PJ's videos during training of officers on my site. Luckily the team are very courteous and approachable by nature and it can only help to be fully aware of what people are allowed to or not allowed to do before they embarrass themselves, the security company or the site they work on. Brilliant officer..............

It's really interesting watching these videos, especially as a Security Guard myself. It's ready hard to to try and find the right mix of professionalism and being friendly. There's so much to think about that some people don't even realise. You want to be as friendly as possible and have a chat, chats are always welcome as they're interesting and break up the day. But, you usually have professionalism obligations to not just one, but two companies. The Security company you work for and their client who's property you're paid to protect. The guard here was great, but did give a little bit too much away. DJ learned that there was a delivery of highly valuable robotics being delivered, that Security shift change is at 3pm, likely making the next shift change 11pm at night. Shift change is always the best time to do something untoward. Great personality though and didn't infringe on DJs rights at all.

I worked for ocado as a delivery driver n the job was good , just poor management, also the technology is good in them places , they won’t even let the Chinese know due to how good they are at reverse engineering , overall a decent company

Its funny he mentioned that security are shown these videos. During my SIA course last year I had to specifically correct two of the teachers on this very topic. They proceeded to check various solicitors websites to prove themselves wrong. I'm glad some of them are fixing this instead of spreading false knowledge!!!

i worked for THURGAR BOLLE IN KETTERING and we had some traveler's trying to park up on our car park my boss went out with me i was on a six ton forklift and he said to me Pete if these travelers try to park on out car park what will you do i said pick up the caravans and tip them over the fence they went away after that
