Might just as well ban motorcycles. They are as noisy and sometimes noisier. My SxS is street legal in AZ. It's titled, registered and insured just like any automobile. They can't ban me from riding my SxS otherwise, they'd have to ban ALL out of state vehicles that are titled, registered and insured in their home states. Why aren't they complaining about the racing and sports car club that makes a lot of noise less than 1000 ft from some homes? Have they moved to ban snowmobiles?

Get your atv/utv licensed then. They said unlicensed ones aren't allowed which was always the case they said. All you need is a brake light and side views and you can take it to get a license plate

Plenty of other places that like my money. So tired of these closures everywhere. Hire the rangers to chase and fine the guys breaking speed limits and riding off trail. That Harley rolling through town sure seems noisy. If I do stop in I’ll be sure to get licensed and be as noisy as possible especially when I go past the houses of people complaining. Stop banning entire groups of people who bring truckloads of revenue to your towns.

This includes loss of vegetation, root exposure, and drastic erosion.
