This album is going to be so amazing

This is such a beautiful song. The guitar is so generic pop punk but in a good way. The chorus is so catchy. It's all upbeat and legit makes me want to yell the words blasting it down the highway. Good job with the album guys. It's so amazing

I think okay has a bit more variety in sound of individual sings than Never Happy Ever After did. I've heard some people say that a lot of their songs sound the same, and I can sort of understand that, but I think there's a variety on this album.

This track is one of my favorites because it still sounds like a "Never Happy, Ever After" song, while having a cleaner and more sophisticated sound. Its hype enough to dance around to, while the lyrics are still meaningful enough to be relatable. Keep up the good work :)

So now I've gotten to hear all but two songs from 'okay.' and I think I love the album just as much as 'Never Happy Ever After' if not more. Literally every song is awesome. Even though they're so emo and I'm not an emo person. Today I wasted a good chunk of a class period copying down the lyrics to "Hey Rachel" in an effort to learn the words faster. XD

I knew someone was gonna say that. This is a sociological experiment for me. But personally, As It Is is emo for the music I usually listen to, which probably isn't the case for most of their fans, such as yourself, +Jay Burris Wayne. That's what I meant. XD *EDIT*: I didn't mean to say that As It Is is an emo band, I meant that all the lyrics have very emo messages.

zestymoonbeam I once saw an article on them that defined them as a merge of pop punk music and emo lyrics (said something about taking inspiration from bands like All Time Low and My Chemical Romance IIRC). I pretty much just say they're pop punk because they're more pop punk than emo, imo.

+Lolrus I definitely believe As It Is is a pop punk band. I didn't mean that their music was emo; I meant that their lyrics focus on sad issues like depression, death, and divorce on this album, so the feeling is emo. I wasn't trying to say that they were an emo band, just that they have emo lyrics. I agree with you.
