Thank you very much for your support. Regarding the performance comparison, I will show it in the next video, which is expected to be at the end of April. About display compatibility, I can tell you now first, the list of 4 displays supported by TONGSHENG TSDZ8 at the moment 1. 500C (we can be compatible with tongsheng by brushing the firmware before shipping) 2. 810S (we have set it in the factory and can use it directly) 3. EKD01 (we can make it compatible with tongsheng by brushing the firmware before shipment) 4. SW-M58 (we have set it in the factory, you can use it directly)

@@varstromebikeconversion5837 That is a great answer, thank you! Do you change software on display itself or is it within TSDZ8 controller? In the video about displays, please go over the functionality of each one: What data can be read, how to adjust the wheel size etc.

@@ukrytykrytyk8477 Sorry I overlooked this comment, very sorry. There is an OSF programming software that can program the controller, it has to be programmed, using display can only make limited adjustments. I guess there is also a need for a video of these 4 displays in action, I'll take the time to film it.

I like my Bafang 750w and it's been extremely reliable and has a fantastic range of aftermarket parts. Not sure about this yet, need more tests and research for reliability.

Yes, after all, BAFANG BBS has been on sale for almost 6 years, it's certainly a mature product. But it has had very few updates, I wish it could be upgraded for the durability of the hardware inside as well as the waterproofing, unfortunately this can only be done by the dealer. The TSDZ8 is a product that's been on sale for almost 2 years now, and it's going to take a while to be certified in the marketplace. But as far as functionality is concerned, for the same price I'd prefer a torque sensor motor if I could get one (even though TONG SHENG's torque sensor isn't very well tuned, it can be programmed to be modified)

Thanks for the video - I'd like to see inside the D8 and compare to ToSeven in build quality and waterproofing if you can.

Great video. I just had a bike with a Bafang motor stolen and am ready to build a new bike. I still have a couple of batteries from the Bafang. If I get the Tongsheng TSDZ8 can I use the same batteries from the Bafang?

Hi for the batteries from the Bafang,do you mean the Bafang is made by Bafang?if so ,they have their own battery protocols, so it can't be work together

Hi guys Do you have solution for mounting tsdz8 in to bb92 pressfit bottom bracket? Some adapter?

That's definitely a good suggestion, as far as I know TSDZ8 has not developed a motor that adapts to the BB 92mm and can't be solved with shims, I'll check with TONGSHENG to make sure that they are going to do it in the future.

@@hlkification I'm sorry, I can't believe I forgot that you can DIY the centre shaft! Yes, DIY can spark a lot of creativity and inspiration, I'm guessing you extended the motor centre shaft, right?

WARM TIPS: We didn't make subtitles specially, because KZread comes with multi-voice subtitle function, you can use the subtitle function according to your country's language.
