Ғылым және технология
Arzopa A1 Gamut Slim is a 14-inch Full HD IPS monitor that can be easily carried around due to its portable design. It can be powered via USB-C and covers 100% SRGB, making it a perfect match for MacBooks, laptops, cameras, and gaming devices. I mainly use it for monitoring purposes with my camera, and it features mini HDMI/Type-C inputs. Let's explore its capabilities. If you are looking for a portable monitor for laptops and MacBooks, Arzopa could be a good option.

Just got mine on ebay for £69 a real bargain, This is great on the switch
If you do have an iPad, and many people owning MacBooks do, you can use it as a secondary screen for your MacBook. This is called a sidecar and works wirelessly out-of-the box. If you have an older iPad, you can use Duet app and usb-c to lightning cable.

Thanks for your comment. No, it keeps the settings.
I've just bought the 15.6in to use as a convenient second screen for my Macbook Pro M1 but i can't for the life of me calibrate the colours. I'm a graphic designer so this is pretty important lol. Any advice for what to change the settings to?

Hello, thanks for your comment. I think you can use this as an extended design space but only pick colors using MacBook's monitor. I grade colors only using my MacBook's screen(with BT709/Rec709 profile); however, the best I could find was this: System Settings -> Displays-> Choose Arzopa-> Color Profile--> Rec. ITU-R BT709.5 (and screen is set to sRGB mode) This seems similar to what people would see, but Reds etc. a bit off. With a calibrator like Spyder (and its software), we could really calibrate it and create a color profile.

Thanks Man, that's what i was going to do. But with the Arzopa having a bigger screen it would have been nice to run adobe on there. I'll give those settings a go later and see how it looks. 👍@@UmutLutfican
Hey! Thank you for the review! It was really helpful! I'm not a mac user but my wife is... she is suffering from a small monitor on the mac, so I want to buy this for her as a gift. She is not a graphic designer, so colours wont be a problem.. Do you just connect it to the macbook and it works as a secondary screen without any additional problems? (powesource, ofcourse). Can you, for example, drag one Chrome window to this secondary monitor and have an Excel sheet on your main screen? Thank you!

Hi, thanks! Sure you/she can use this just like you said, one window (a browser maybe) on this one and Excel on the MacBook's monitor. She just needs to arrange the screen position from Display Settings (in System Settings). For example, if this external screen is on the left side, let Mac know it is on the left side, so the mouse cursor can move from the Macbook's screen to the external screen like that.

What is the specs of your PowerBank that you use to power up the monitor?

Hi, It is a Xiaomi powerbank 20000mah 18w max output. I checked its output values: 5.1v 2.4a / 9v 2a / 12v 1.5a
What are the exact dimensions of the product? Couldn't find it in Google :)

It is 32cm x 19cm
Does it have power pass through? Eg. if the monitor is connected to a 65w wall adapter will it pass through that power to a laptop connected over usb-c? Nice review!

Thanks for your comment. I didn't try but I sent an email to Arzopa, they said reverse power supply is possible, but didn't mention a Wattage. I think I would be safer to power the laptop and then power the screen with usb c 😅

yes it does. I do a daisy chain to power my HP laptop via it. it draws at least 75W of power. No issues so far (4 month or so)
Lutfican merhaba, ikinci monitor olarak kullanmada tavsiye eder misin urunden memnun musun ?
@UmutLutfican

@@UmutLutfican Anladim geri bildirimin icin tesekkur ederim. Aslinda ana monitorumun altinda ikinci monitor olarak kullanacagim icin kutusundan cikan destek bana yeterli. Buyuk bir beklentim yok o yuzden tatmin edecegini dusunuyorum. Tekrardan tesekkur ederim.

no, it does not have any sensors for this. Also, I didn't see any option to rotate in the OSD. (So we need to do it on the computer)
