I think I'm in the popular majority when I say I really, really disliked the ending to Game of Thrones. I hated it so much it actually killed all my inspiration for editing for the last few months. But Taylor Swift released her new album Lover and most the the songs screamed Arya Stark to me, especially her song "The Archer". Taylor has said in a past interview her Reputation album was heavily inspired by Game of Thrones, and in particular her songs "Look What You Made Me Do" and "I Did Something Bad" were about Arya Stark. So it makes me wonder if perhaps some of lover might have been inspired by the final season?
Anyways thank you Taylor for reviving my motivation for editing. I really was pretty glum before.

I loved this. Usually people show Arya as a badass but I loved this song choice for her, it brings out that sad realization of how much she actually lost. Especially the precious relationship she had with Sandor, still so sad about that.

Thank you for this especially that ending. I've never listened to Taylor Swift but this is gorgoeus I think I might have to give her a listen to. I disliked what Arya became on the show it was just not Arya. She was always my favorite they seemed to have misunderstood how relatable, grounded ,bittersweet and emotional her journey is in the books. I'm glad you found your inspiration again.

I post you this comment because firstly, I'm a big fan of your work (this video on Arya is so so fucking amazing !!!) but most importantly, I just noticed that one of your videos that I love the most is blocked :O the crack on The Alienist! I hate crap copyright in those moments, this video was probably my favorite crack ever... and I'm so frustrated and sad that I can not rewatch it again and again like before :'( it often made me laugh and help in times when I felt bad or depressed. That's why I'm asking you, do you think you could upload this video somewhere else? On Vimeo or Dailymotion? So that we can always continue to watch it... I sincerely hope you can, I miss this video so much :'(
a suggestion if you ever edit arya again.. ‚listen before i go‘ by billie eilish. the sadness of arya and her journey. in the books she really goes through it with depression and so many sad hard truths in her face but in the show somehow no one considers how she suffered the most since s2 she hasn’t been safe and in verge of being hurt or dying till the actual finale. idk just a suggestion. this edit is so pretty
