Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday urged people to vote for AAP if they don't want him to return to jail. He alleged that BJP wants to change the constitution and said, "PM Modi does not need 400 seats to do big work, but to change the constitution made by Baba Saheb and end the reservation." Aam Aadmi Party is the only party which is giving competition with the BJP, that is why all our big leaders were put in jail. When you go to vote this time, remember that you are voting not for any party but to save the Constitution of the country," he added.

Rajiv Gandhi Ji, in 1986, misused Congress' majority in parliament to make the Supreme Court's decision ineffective. That was the last time Congress had a majority. Congress has a track record of changing the Indian Constitution. BJP has never changed the Indian Constitution. In 1985, the Indian Supreme Court ruled Shah Bano Begum, a Muslim woman who was divorced and was denied maintenance by her husband (no shame). Shah Bano fought for maintenance money under Indian law, which usually allows wives, children, and parents to get financial support if they can't support themselves. The Court agreed that Shah Bano should get maintenance from her husband, but this decision upset Muslims. So, the Kangress Party in 1986, Under PM Rajiv Gandhi (Pappu’s father) with a majority in parliament passed the law that provisions of Section 125 (1) (a) of the Criminal Procedure Code do not apply to Muslims (because they are Congress’s Vote Bank). So, Kangress under pressure from Maulvis went against the decision of India’s Supreme Court. This decision by Kangress and others hurt our Mu- slim women and young kids.
