कोर्ट किसी को 4-5 माह की तारीख देता है और केजरीवाल की सुनवाई लगभग रोज हो रही है।

केजरीवाल बार बार मुझे इतने घंटे परिवार या दूसरे से मिलने को चाहिए, तमाम तरह के मांग के हथकंडे कोर्ट में कर रहे हैं, कोर्ट को आम कैदी की तरह ही इस पर फैसला देना चाहिए। आये दिन कोई न कोई तारीख किसी न किसी कोर्ट में होता है इनके लिए जो अधिवक्ताओं की फीस का भुगतान हो रहा है इसकी जांच करानी चाहिए।

सिन्धवी जी को समझ में नहीं आता कि केजरीवाल को ज़मानत दिलाने के लिए कौन सा तरीका अपनाया जाए । कारण झूठ का पुलिंदा भी खत्म हो गया है ।

सिंघवी के पास एक ही जिम्मेदारी बची है ज़िंदगी में, येन केन प्रकारेण केजरी को जमानत दिलवाना। उन्हें एक अच्छी दुधारी गाय किस्मत से मिल गई है।

सबसे पहले वकीलों की फीस सरकारी खजाने से देना बंद होनी चाहिए। इसने घोटाला अपने स्वार्थ सिद्धि के लिए किया है तो फीस भी अपने जेब से ही देनी चाहिए।
