Beterbiev is very humble but there is a ruthless dedicated boxer underneath all that. He will train like he always does for this fight which is he gives 100%. This fight is a massive mismatch, Beterbiev will beat Yarde up hurt him and stop him.

I think Yarde has a chance for the upset. Beterbiev is a bit chinny these days and needs to take Yarde seriously. It's honestly a good time for Yarde to fight him. Worth the risk. As a betting man I'm placing my bet on Yarde Ko.

Growing up, many of us would have had a 'mythical' local hard man in our town/city. People talked about the local legends he'd dealt with over the years. Then one day you saw him in action [maybe at a pub/club, or in a pre-arranged straightener] and realized the hype was real. This is Beterbiev. Best interview I've seen with him. If he fights Usyk it'll be the 2 scariest men in boxing facing off. Their fight at the Olympics was high level; definitely worth watching.

"anybody has the opportunity to offend a boxer, but most most don't get the opportunity to apologize" - that's the joke Arthur was trying to tell. The implication is that as soon as you offend a boxer, he will ko u. Thus u won't get the chance to appologize

Usyk cleaned out cruiser and beat more dangerous bigger punchers. Beterbiev would get stopped. Usyk would expose that soft chin. This isn’t the amateurs

beterbiev fought at heavyweight in amataurs and knocked people spark out at the weight,when usyk was fighting at 160lbs in the amataurs beterbiev was fighting in weight classes above him,he also beat uysk and dropped him in one of there fights so his power is proven regardless,so no uysk is not bigger than beterbiev he might be couple inches taller but thats as far as it goes beterbiev is naturally the bigger stronger of the two, just one fighter choose to move up why one fighter decided to move down but on paper there the same haha no1 beats beterbiev easy and hes defo not a whole new level to beterbiev, and people saying its not the amataurs anymore? good job because uysk was getting beat by guys like shawn porter hahahaha

That was 2011, and Usyk still won both fights, Usyk is a completely different animal now, if a 240lbs 6’6 Anthony Joshua isn’t phasing him I doubt Beterbiev could do much either, he’s a great light heavyweight, not big enough or skilled enough to beat this version of Usyk

No. He should fight Bivol. Usyk is going For undisputed at HW, so should Beterbiev and Bivol at LHW. Beterbiev has nothing to offer a prime Usyk at this stage. The amateurs were a long time ago.

They met in amateur days and both fighters have evolved massively since then. Headgear prevents nothing except cuts and bruises it doesn't have any protection regarding concussion delivered via strikes. Remember Usyk managed to completely clear out the cruiserweight division and has now fought and twice defeated one of the largest and hardest hitting heavyweights in this era. Beterbiev has a lot of amazing talent, just as much as Usyk I believe but I think Usyk has a degree more of a ring IQ and a problematic opponent for anyone. But no one is unbeatable, even those currently undefeated

Beterbiev and Usik met 3 times . 2007 Tournament in Kaliningrad (Ukraine-Russia) (Bantamweight category, 178 lbs.) victory over Alexander Usik (12:10) 2011 World Championships lost to Shitay in a tiebreaker in the 200 pound category. despite the fact that Artur could not get 200 feet. 2012 Olympics 200 footer sued arthur.

I've been saying for a long time. Should artur get through yarde bivol, Usyk is the fight to make. The rivalry goes back to amateur days. Usyk is 2-1 against Artur and some say artur won 2. It will be a great fight for the hardcore boxing fans. Will we see it? I highly doubt it

Beterbiev vs Usyk in a Professional fight is a very dangerous fight. I know beterbiev knocked him in amateurs but a lot has happened since usyk is 2012 Olympic boxing champion winning Gold in London. I wonder if they will make that fight happen but good luck to both i have tremendous respect to both beterbiev and Usyk.
