I’ve been saying this forever. He’s not just a big power puncher. He’s a master at boxing. Been doing it his whole life at very high level of competition. 300 Olympic level amateur fights. 295-5 record. Fought HEAVYWEIGHT champ Usyk and knocked him down all 3 times

Trying to study his form because me and beterbiev have similar builds (arm length, shoulder width, leg length, torso length, etc..) , he’s just a bigger version of me

Really like how a lot of the bag work ISN'T full power shots. Variety of training methods here.

I looked at another video from him "strength and conditioning workout" that one showed me new or different exercises. but this video about heavy bag nothing is new, special or useful for me in this video basta 🤷🏾‍♂️.
