artist trip to peggy's cove & painting sesh ☀️

It's summer here in Nova Scotia and I took a little trip to Peggy's Cove to take some footage of the sunset! I wanted to do a little painting that wasn't of the lighthouse (done that enough times!) so I chose a scene with some clover and plants... it was fun to try working with mediums I don't usually gravitate towards :)

I’ve always wanted to visit that end of Canada. It looks so beautiful. I live in Alberta, near the mountains. I hear you about the heat 🥵. We are just now going through a bit of a heatwave and I’m not enjoying it 😂
