In this talk, filmed during the exhibition run of “No Country: Contemporary Art for South and Southeast Asia” at the NTU Centre for Contemporary Art Singapore (May 10-July 20, 2014), artist Norberto Roldan talks about the influence of religion on life in the Philippines, and on his paintings and installations. He discusses his fascination with old objects and the ways in which his practice straddles art and anthropology.
