[00:00:00] So we're about 25 minutes outside of Danville or so still in Boyle County. And we turn off of Little Country Road that runs along the North Rolling Fork, which is commonly referred to here as the fork, and it's like a river and you turn on this little itty bitty country road and come up to the stone mailboxes here to share driveway for a little while and cross this little bridge and go on up in the woods I cannot tell you how secluded this is, how beautiful and here's this little stream. Make a deal with the house and Dan might even negotiate part of a tiller for you, right? So there's the shop. It's really nice. I'm going to guess it's like 24 by 24.

Brad, you guys need to put a price range on these homes . It would help to spend the time only on the affordable ( for the potential buyer's budget) homes! They are all beautiful, but when you're looking , you can spend all day looking at homes! The last two videos I watched were lovely homes, and would love to live in both!! (The black and white brick one is perfect for us, but , $?)

The best things about this house is the view, fireplace, and the porch. The worst things about this house is the tiny kitchen, the appliances, and the bathroom flooring

I've been to this house before and it is a very beautiful setting with a really cool house!
Covid 19 has taught me a lot about being by myself and this is my ideal type of living. It's beautiful. It's quiet and the air must be clean and nice since it away from the city traffic

Compared to where i live you would be surprised how little $300k buys. One thing to note is when the roadside ditch is running water in the dry season it will be flooding in the spring.

That was first thought. Looks like a flash flood waiting to happen. I'm an admitted pessimist but him driving up that road all I could think about was (you have to maintain that?) Nice house for sure but I have grown so use to conveniences like cable, high-speed internet, and being able to go to the store without having to worry about sliding off the road in the wintertime.
I'm jealous. Wished here in Germany we had such beautiful properties.

+MrSnickster yup, all the modern conveniences - septic system, regular power, city water, dish TV, etc. I don't believe it has a basement, I'd ask Ken 859-494-5521 come check it out - if you want privacy, this is it.

I've seen lots of gorgeous properties like this one in Kentucky but they're a long way from Oregon. :( You would NEVER find a gorgeous property like this one anywhere in the state of Oregon in the 3's. More like 1 mill here.

Hi Mighty Lonesome, good point on the lawn. I compared it to our lawn here at my house.. its about the same size. We pay $60/week X 26 mowings... ab out $1,500/yr. After you buy the equipment, then the fuel, then the upkeep on it. You really have to see if it pencils out... Good point to bring up though.
That home has the feel that I want. Simple country yard. Should I have an attached or unattached garage? I don't want to see the garage when I'm looking at my home from the water.

One thing you should do is put the price of the property on these videos and what state you're in doing these videos because I've seen some videos that you've done that are just perfect for what I'm looking for as far as the property as long as I get road access to my property I can put a drive in where I wanted without having to cut through other people's property if my property backs up to a good size River or lake great a small Creek as long as I can do whatever I want with it if I wanted to deepen the channel in there I'll do it all over the property line and woods lots of woods a few open areas
