Ed, very nice add-on and very easy install. Thanks for sharing. I have to agree that it needs a relay tied to key so killing the battery is not possible, especially when shutting down in a noisy environment. Thanks for sharing, Dan. 😊

I love when companies make accessories for their products. I've got a closed cab, but this would be ideal otherwise. Makes for a cleaner install.

Great video Ed. I really like the canopy and the fan, and if I ever get to where I can store my LX without having to lower and raise the ROPS every outing, I'm definitely a customer. I think I would add a relay to the power line under the rear fender that worked off the light pigtail so that when the ignition is off the fans are off. I'm thinking that fan motor would drain the battery pretty quickly. (BTW, I have spare relays left over from my ROPS light install...happy to send you one!) Sorry about the bee, but loved the bleeping...much more dramatic than the actual exclamations. And the slo-mo and music....well just doesn't get any better than THAT! Nice...

Nice setup, I went with the cooltops with integrated fan for my Bad Boy 4035. These canopy tops with the fans are a must for open cab tractors in my opinion.

I did a knock off canopy and built a bracket to use with the ROPS down for mowing around my trees. I had a 4” usb fan that I made a bracket for and plugged into the bx lighter switch. Probably not as good but inexpensive.

Anything that is supposed to protect you from the hot sun should be painted white. It will be much cooler.

I really enjoyed both your videos on the Artillian Canopy and the Curtis Industries Fan. I went to the website you provided and was unable to access any information on the Fan. Did I misunderstand that the fan was available through Artillian? If I did, where is the fan available? Thanks for any assistance you may be able to provide. Both products look great and would be a great addition for any tractor owner.

Hi. I just checked with Artillian and unfortunate the fan is not current available. The canopies are available and are extremely well made. Thanks for the comment!

The one part I did not like was hooking it directly to the battery. You need it to run on a relay so when the key is off the fan turns off. I don't know about the hair, if I let my hair down it would blow in my eyes and be to distracting.😅
