I'm sorry ..In my knowledge, article 20 clause 3 deals with right against self-incrimination and preventive detention which comes under article 22, both are different concepts Not the exception

Bht badiya sir.... Last ek confusion hai sir , under MP Sharma v. Satish chandra , u said he needs to be accused. And in Nandini sathpaty case , she was mere suspect still Art20(3) protection given. Aren't both these conflicting ? Can suspect get the protection of art20(3) ?
