Bravo! Normally at the end of a classical piece, the audience gives a polite smattering of applause. This is one of the few times where I heard them go crazy!
It was a super giant composition of Weber. Both the orchestra and the clarinetist were excellent , either. The clarinetist's technic and nuance was superb with a super confidence in his character. I was so pleased by listening to this video. Thanks for uploading.

I would be very interested to know what brand and model of clarinet Arthur Stockel is using (is it a full or reformed Boehm?), as well as his choice of mouthpiece, ligature and reeds.

It looks like he’s using a Buffet Légende with a Vandoren M/O ligature. I’m not sure what mouthpiece he’s using, but since this appears to be a Vandoren-sponsored concert, I’d assume it’s one of their mouthpieces.

So many play Weber, but not well. Weber can too easily be played corny, trite and artlessly. And those altissimo notes have real heft. Congratulations to the reed, mouthpiece and embouchure here. Weber is a technical challenge but an even greater artistic one, which few are equal to.

I never thought of Vandoren mouthpieces as being professional quality; B45 has been a good student model forever, but not much more. Maybe worth a re-visit.

Al minuto 19.40 quello che sembra un bacio allo strumento, in realtà è uno sputino sul poggiadito posteriore ( perché gli fa un gran male )

però!!!!!!!!!!! fate inserire la mascherina al tubo di scarico del strumenti a fiato..........
Autorevole, spiccata tecnica, a mio avviso il movimento un po veloce e di corsa a discapito di sfumature musicali
