Some species are vegi but some species although very very little amounts were carnivorous or of a type of omnivorian

Arthropleura was more plant eater than meat eater, as fern spores in its stomach shows it was a plant eater

Actually there is fossil evidence of fern spores in the belly of Arthropleura, so Arthropleura was a vegan

Arthopleura maybe is weird-looking and carnivorous-like but it is not a carnivore, arthopleura is much closly resembles a milipede because when you find tracks of it, the tracks of the animal has small gaps of footprints while, the centipede has bigger gaps of foot prints. Anyway scientist's found leaves inside the arthopleuras insides so yeah it is herbivore not a carnivore. you will find most information in documentaries of prehistoric earth or something else
