2nd viewing! I just love seeing how long these paints have lasted…well most of them😂! And, seeing the beautiful colors that you had hidden away… it’s like finding treasure 🏴‍☠️🎉 Thanks for sharing, I’m heading to check my stash, too😂

So much fun to watch. When you started layering the paints, I thought you were crazy and a mess was on the way. Instead, you ended up with a gorgeous spread.

Love your channel! You are one of the few channels that feel like what an artist process and mess is really like. I am a new subscriber, and am excited to explore your videos! Also, kudos to the Paper Artsy paints look like they really really hold up over the years! I usually pop one or 2 little stainless steel solid ss ) balls into my older paints, and sometimes a bit of clear medium to bring them back. The ss balls get reused and reused! Anyway LOVE YOU LOW KEY PROCESS STYLE AND ART STYLE! ❤️

This is such a fun video! I love the journal spread that you created! I placed a first time order for a couple of Paper Artsy paints while watching this video. I'm looking forward to trying that brand of paint. Thanks for sharing!

I cracked up at the rogue dog hair. I only occasionally have dogs over at my place and yet I still get the same problem. It's like the hairs stay and lie in wait.

Loved this swatch turned journal pages vid, it was fun to see the transformation and the colors were beautiful. Lately, I've been in a bright/zingy color mood. I did a illustration, a wood cut piece (that was pre-carved), and a rubber stamp carving I made all with bright/zingy colors, lol not sure where the fancy came from, but it was fun using those colors :) Your journal pages came out amazing!!

Finally had time to watch this! Omg,I laughed so much. Maybe I'm tired? Like Dante snoring away, the death rattle of that folk art paint as you shook it (though somehow it lived), me knowing all that craft smart was a goner (I used to work at michaels so I can trash their paint, lol), me trying to tell you that you were confusing banana with yellow submarine but then your confidence making me wonder if I was confused, lol. Me and my friend were just talking about dried up supplies. Def gonna swatch my acrylics tomorrow. Thanks for the inspiration! Great video. Have a great weekend 💖

@@bybun that makes sense, thanks. I had pages sticking together previously but I wonder if it was the type of acrylic ink (Daler-Rowney) or acrylic paint pens (Derwent) I was using
