Art Journal Inspiration #24 (ASMR)
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Hi and thank you for watching this video!
(lyrics from the earth song by michael jackson)
The markers I used in this video were gifted to me by ARTEZA. I really liked using the EverBlend Markers. The quality is great and the colors are saturated and smooth. I don't use markers very often, but it's definitely worth trying again! I can't wait to make more drawings with these markers to add them in my art journal pages, so you'll probably see them appearing in my videos more often from now on :))
If you're interested in buying them, you can use my code BerbervanGorp1 to get 10% off your order at ARTEZA!

Adding the plastic was genius. Thanks for sharing the beautiful and very meaningful pages.
You’re always coming out with amazing stuff. I always get so inspired to paint when I watch your videos it’s great!! 💜💜
I see and hear the crying of the world and like you, I process it in my art journal. Thank you for sharing what is important.
Always amazing, beautiful and sad but true. The net with the plastic, impacting! Along with the beauty of the glittery sand. Tfs❤.
I have stopped washing my paint palettes because of you. Love! Love! Love this!
I saw ur posts on instagram and like ur „easy“ and clean style. Its not messy but still loadrd with details
In such a small space, greatness created. ❤
Amazing effects and a meaningful message. Thanks for sharing.
This was a reminder of Romans 8:22-23 for me… the Word says: For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. A prepared place awaits those who find only because they yearned for truth and understanding that exceeded the worlds. What an amazing grace it is to be on the other side praying that more come and be apart of this kinda love we were told only existed in fairy tales… thank you for sharing your emotions on these pages with us, I’m inspired to continue in the same. -d 🌱🐛

What an inspiration you are!! JUST BEAUTIFUL! I just started to journal after the death of my daughter but nothing like this. This insoires me. Do you have to prep the paper first or is it really thick paper?
@BerbervanGorp

I'm so sorry for your loss.. I'm glad you got some inspiration to help you process it all. I don't prep the paper and it isn't really thick either, about 100 gms I think? I don't need super thick paper because I always cover the pages completely so I don't have to worry about paint bleeding through :) Let me know if you have any other questions!

I was wondering... where do you usually find the quotes that you use? and if on some sort of site, what do you search?

This is a Michael Jackson lyric from "Earth Song" 💜 🌎
I plan to start an art journal, do you have any tips on how to make the pages look less empty? I seem to be struggling with it, kinda scared that I'll mess it up. (ps can you make a spotify playlist of the songs you get the quotes from? Would be interested in that)

Awesome!! I like my pages to be really full and messy and to achieve that, there's a few things I add in (almost) all of my pages: paint splatters, dots or lines with a dark marker, cut up washi tapes, random lines of left over paint. Adding texture also helps pages look fuller; I like to use fabrics and flowers for example. And I'm actually working on a playlist with all of the songs I used in my pages, but it's a lot of work haha when it's finished I'll make sure to put it in the description box of my videos

@@BerbervanGorp Autonomous sensory meridian response, sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson. Wikipedia This is the response I got when I googled it. How does this apply to art? I notice other you tuber channels refer to this. Thanks for your help in making me understand. I am a question asker..

It's all about the sounds. Like the paper cutting/ripping, writing... Some people find those sounds calming or satisfying.

@@BerbervanGorp I like what you do. The ppl whispering just creeps me out & it is so hard to hear them. Also they spent to much time ribbing their hands all over the place.
