The Art Doctors playfully break down barriers to participation in art and culture, and explore the positive role of creativity in all our lives.
They’ve been exploring the Alpha Salad exhibition and thinking about their responses, particularly how hard it is sometimes to talk about contemporary art, and the themes of life cycles, planting seeds, growth, renewal, beginnings and endings.
They used these responses to develop these activities.
Along the way they also thought about how our activities might impact on mental wellbeing, so they hope they have a beneficial effect on how you feel today.
