That drawing with the knee brace was literally ME!!! I got my knee surgery in Hawaii and went to the Dole pineapple plantation after getting fitted for my post-physical therapy brace. OMG it's like looking at a flashback!

Awww I have a friend with a knee brace and she has a pretty severe problem and she switches between these lil crutches thingies and a wheelchair. Anyways you are a brave person and I hope you life a great life 💕

@@SabrinaHawk I'm SO sorry to hear that :S. I'm 35. I am currently bedridden and wheelchair bound from the pain, and because my legs will give out on me if I'm on them for more than about 5 or so minutes. I'm really lucky, I was born in Canada, and I don't have to worry about medicare. I also am on a disability support program so although it's not really enough to live off of, my little family makes do. You should look into getting on some kind of government assistance if there is any. I couldn't imagine having to deal with this in the US. I wish all the best for you and hope something gives you a break. ♡

Hey if you have trouble drawing an animal you should look up the skeleton of it to help you see where certain body features are. Just a suggestion.

The illustration turned out so good! I love the girl's pose and the background! I totally related when you were looking for the yellow pen. When I "lose" a pen most of the time it is in my mouth...I don't know why I hold my art supplies with my mouth. XD

@@carmenvasquez2946 well that's simply the difference of inspiration and reference, or trying styles. Her style could be further from your comfort zone. I say inspiration as in, when I watch her videos, I think "I never would have thought of that!" Or "That's a cool trick, I should try doing that sometime." Or unmotivation, when I just can't find a reason to draw even though I want to. I find a video of hers and bam. I have a spiral of ideas. Of course art isn't easy for everyone, especially if they're just starting out.

I actually have a painting I deemed finished half way through because I preferred the sketch with a painted background. I took weeks thinking about whether I was copping out by not painting the girl, or if it was an artistic choice. I feel like there's somethig super cool about making the main focus unfinished looking.

A lot of the people I follow on KZread don’t upload their captions immediately and it makes me sad that I have to wait a couple days to watch their videos. I swear Rin can draw pretty much anything. Like she drew a pineapple like nobody's business. She can just draw animals at a drop of a hat. It's amazing.

I really really love watching you come up with ideas and thumbnails for things, it motivates me so much because you make it look so fun! It’s the thing I struggle most with because I worry about things looking unneat but you just have a really chilled attitude about it which makes me want to improve my own!

Actually that was mearly youtubes lag, if you refresh a page of a very early video, youll see comments and views go down!( Griffin 07 is first) KZread is not live, so it has trouble keeping up With comments! But not to worry. U still got a reply and heart! Which is very exciting, congrats!

IT LOOKS SO CUTE AND PERFECT. Really gives me beachy vibes, as Rin said in the video. The colors work very well together and the background is amazing, and the character pops in a way that it doesn't blend in to the background and also to let you notice the details in the background as well as on the character.
