You can not punish it on purpose. It is only by accident that someone gets hit during recovery. But I think that parry is fine as is. The parry window is small in proportion to recovery frames.

@@skullospice jin's parry is vulnerable for 10 frames during frames 21-30, even if you react perfectly say at 20 frames (unrealistic tho), you only have those 10 frames to throw something at him, there's literally no way to launch it on reaction without guessing or having a hard read with ridiculously good timing
