Dowman needs to be conditioned well. Too talented to expect things to go smooth. Main concerns will be fitness and mentality/off the ball work.

What are you talking about? Arteta has 5 Academy lads in the first team squad who are all regulars on Matchday. Show me another EPL team that can say that. Plus Nwaneri just signed a pro contract - youngest EPL player ever. On top of that the likes of Joe Willock, Folarin Balogun and many more are having top flight careers elsewhere. Hale End the best academy in the world bar none.

Typical comment from someone ignorant of the rules of English football. Players can't sign a professional contact until 17 in England whereas you can in other European Countries. So if offered a pro contract from Dortmund or Ajax there is NOTHING Arsenal or Arteta can do.
