@@matthewm5074 Well that was the biggest example of waste. But you have to put it into context with how crazy the market was at the time Maguire for 80 million springs to mind. Kepa 70 million. Even before that. Even players that aren't particularly stand out like Alex Iwobi who is a useful player but not a superstar going for £40 million.

You need to rebuild Leno, Gabriel and Tierney, partey, saka, martinelli and aubameyang. Then you have youngsters like. Smith Rowe and Nelson and maitland niles, the rest are deadwood from end off wenger days. Can't blame arteta, I am a city fan and the other big problem is owner don't reinvest in club. Fresh faces or go with youth, senior players not taking responsibility.
