Ingredientes
Pode adicionar qualquer tipo de marisco para esta receita. Para esta receita eu usei;
900 gramas de camarão
680 de clams
1 quilo de amêijoas com casca
6 colheres de sopa de azeite
2 cebolas pequenas picadas
2 dentos de alho
1/2 colher de chá de pàprica
2 colheres de sopa de molho de pimenta ou Pimenta moída
1/4 a 1/2 colher de chá de pimenta preta em pó
1 xícara de molho de tomate
1/2 xícara de vinho branco
4 xícaras de água (se quiser mais caldo, adicione mais água)
1 colher de sopa de sal (ou adicione a seu gosto)
2 1/2 xícaras de arroz de grão longo
2 colheres de sopa de manteiga sem sal
1/3 xícara de salsa fresca picada
