ARROWVERSE Actor Panel - LA Comic Con 2021

Arrowverse actors Katie Cassidy, Katrina Law, Caity Lotz and Neal McDonough were joined by Candice Patton to talk about Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow and the Flash. They talked about their experiences and the end of Arrow.
Katie Cassidy played Laurel Lance on Arrow, with both the Black Siren and Black Canary alter egos. She is also known for Melrose Place, A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010), Harper’s Island, Supernatural and 7th Heaven.
Katrina Law portrayed Nyssa al Ghul in Arrow, but is also known for The Oath, Hawaii Five-0, Sacred Lies, Training Day (TV Series), Spartacus. Legend of the Seeker, Chuck and The Resistance.
Caity Lotz is Sarah Lance aka White Canary on DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, which is a character she’s also played on The Flash, Arrow, Batwoman and Supergirl. She’s also known for The Machine, 400 Days, The Pact, Mad Men and Death Valley.
Neal McDonough is Damien Darhk on Arrow, The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow, and is also known for Captain America: The First Avenger, Minority Report, Timeline, Van Helsing, Yellowstone and many more.
Candice Patton plays Iris West on the Flash and has appeared on the other Arrowverse shows through the crossover events. She is also known for Entourage, Sorority Forever, Heroes, One Tree Hill and more.

Wow Caity Lotz looks so good! I just watched a few videos of her kicking ass and doing stunts and I was feeling a lot of adrenaline... She's amazing.
I loved seeing them together again. Imagine if we could’ve gotten Iris & Laurel as Barry & Oliver’s wives as they should 🤧 at least even Neal dislikes the decision to kill Laurel and I love Katie’s sass about it after all this time. I love and miss Nyssara so much too. Great panel

It would have been better to have both Laurel &Iris as Oliver & Barry's wives. I also really loved Katie's sass about it. Very funny.

@@nickhydier1201 yeah Lauriver deserved to be treated as well as Westallen. Or at least they could’ve tried to treat Olicity as Westallen if they wanted them to be the main couple but now they just ruined both Lauriver and Olicity in different ways. That’s how I suddenly just gave up in s7 and stuck to Oliver & Barry’s bromance. It was really his best ship 😂 but I wanted Laurel to have justice

@@nickhydier1201 True words. I love how Katie is still sassy about it after all this time. I'm glad the fans got her back as E2 Laurel but E1 Laurel totally deserved justice. She didn't even get to be with Tommy or Oliver in afterlife because they had to bring back Tommy and make Oliver wait for Felicity for 20 years not even could they show him reunite with Laurel and his dad and Samantha - who apparently he couldn't bring back but he could bring back Tommy and his mother. I actually hate the ending scene cause it made me really dislike Olicity because the show wasn't just about them. I wouldn't be happy if Barry's last scene was all about Iris either even if I love them because they're so much more than just a love interest.
Ha, I love Katie's bit of sass when she tells Neil he killed her. And then when she says "they brought me back, I'm just saying." So cute and funny. That may have been the worst decision ever in the entire history of the Arrow series. But, I am really glad Katie was brought back as Laurel. Even if she was an evil Earth-2 version of herself. Who did get a great redemption arc over thenext couple of seasons and became the new Black Canary. She's always been my favorite on the Arrow series.

She wasn't "evil" she was bad, Evil denotes Religion, leave that out of comics. Ironically E2 was THE epitome of the Black Canary from the comics who also started out as a villain from E2. She was the ONLY Black Canary on the show, everybody was a joke. :)

@@radicalreactions1633 You make some good points. Yes, E2 Dinah Laurel Lance in the comics was the epitome of Black Canary, who crossed over universes and became BC on Earth 1. Laurel was the main Canary in the series indeed.
Love these cast and series Arrow Flash, Legends of tomorrow etc. I hope in the future arrow comes back and also we see a series with Laurel and Sara Lance those 2 are wonderful

It was actually Smallville that first introduced the multiverse in live action with it's version of Earth 2 and Clark Luthor. But the Arrowverse expounded upon it.

Yes, it was. In season 10 if I'm not mistaken. When Tess recieved the mirror box and Clark saw she had it. Thus accidently using it to be transported to Earth 2. Some great episodes. Another thing we can thank Smallville for contributing to the Arrowverse.

@@nickhydier1201 Smallville STARTED the Errorverse, "contributing" what? If it weren't for Smallville there would be no Arrow, and the way things went it would've been better that way.

The interviewers questions went on forever it seemed like. Didn’t seem like the cast got as much time to talk bc of that
